    If you’re looking for rest and relaxation, this is a great option for you! This location is close to everything you need! Sitting outside on the porch was just perfect in the mornings and in the evenings. We will be back again.

    I was notified that we could check in to the unit between 4 and 5 pm. So we arrived at 4:15 and unloaded all of our belongings after about a 15 minute wait I was told by the front desk that the unit was still in the process of being cleaned. At 5 minutes to 5 pm I ask the front desk if the room was ready and about that time a cleaning lady came up and the front desk told her shinned to go and clean our unit and another unit. Approximately 15 minutes later they told us that our unit was ready. Well I am not sure that the linens were even changed on the bed. There was trash in the trash cans, sand all over the floors and stuff on the counters, counter tops and back splash. The couple with us found candy wrapper and popcorn under their bed. Not what you want to walk into after waiting for 1 1/2 hours to get in the unit. The management company was of no help and said I would have to talk to the property manager, who was conveniently off for two days. I hope the $250 that I paid to have the unit cleaned after move out was more beneficial to the next vacationers. The unit itself was nice but I would not stay at this Pheonix property again.

    Nice property on the 5th floor. Clean and supplied with everything needed for a beach trip. Only negative is the new property being built on the east side, which now blocks the daily sunrise which is why a rated 4 stars overall.

    Our condo was serene and relaxing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Irene at the front desk in Phoenix VIII was especially kind and helpful!!! We also appreciated your policy of people not smoking in your facility or on the balcony. Our only problem was we heard noises like people moving furniture around late at night on our last two nights.

    The condo was clean and toddler friendly! The view was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Our one year old loved the kiddie pool and the palm tree water fountain!
