    The unit is more run down than pictured. It’s very disappointing that we are paying $400 a night and the appliances are run down, there are holes in the bathroom wall where they are fixing plumbing. After running the dishwasher twice with no water to it because contractors had shut it off but nobody told us, the plastic In the dishwasher is melted and has made the entire condo smell. The dishwasher is so out dated we can’t even cancel the cycle. Maintenance had to had to come three times.

    Phoenix IV is steps from the ocean! This unit is a great location overlooking the pool & beach! It is right off the elevator or next to the stairs whichever you prefer! All of the amenities are great! The location is ideal, we walked across the street to Doc’s seafood and it was delicious & plenty of other restaurants close by! Souvenir shops and grocery stores are a mile down the street; so convenient! It was ideal for my husband, myself and our two teens; not one complaint! The relaxation we all needed!

    This was a very nice place overall. It was very clean. Master Shower was really small and there was no extra toilet tissue. Would definitely stay there again though.

    Everything was great. Do not like that one of the elevators was not working.
