Stayed Oct 12, 2025This is a very nice condo. Great location easy to access great Smokies, pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is a 3rd floor with no elevator, we knew that when we booked but that could be an issue for others. The place is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very basically supplied. Absolutely no spices or oils. If you are planning complicated meals bring your own supplies. We made lunches and breakfasts do again not an issue with us. The thing that truly annoyed me was the amount of light flooding the bedroom from the parking lot and street. I probably would have given 5 stars. They really need room darkening curtains there. I would definitely bring an eye mask if I were to stay again. Also there was no dumpster on the property and I reached out to both the host and property management and never got an answer as to what to do if we needed to empty our trash? Luckily we made our week with out having to cross that bridge.
