Stayed Jul 28, 2025The location of the property is great, with beach access out back. The room was nice. We appreciated the kitchen stocked with kitchenware and 2 full bathrooms.

Stayed Jun 20, 2021The location was good for the perfect game world series and we LOVED Docs and putt putt being right across from phoenix III. The view was amazing from the 12th floor. Our unit and the balcony was very nicely decorated and maintenance wise in great shape. The master shower was a little small but it did the job. The 2nd bedroom is great for 2 kids, plenty of room and a nice size bathroom. The pantry and laundry area were a little dirty though those are not easy areas to keep clean so we just did a pre clean. We really appreciated the vacuum in the master closet and the broom. Couches and chair really comfy ♡. 3 beach days, 8 ball games & we won the championship!

Stayed Aug 1, 2019My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect and the view was amazing . The only complaint I have is with the bed in the master bedroom. It was very hard and uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be replaced!

Stayed Jun 1, 2019We rented this condo for 3 nights and are a family of 4 (2 boys ages 6 & 2). It was perfect for what we needed - a place to rest our heads after being at the beach all day! Beds were comfortable, adequate places to sit to relax and eat. Balcony view was awesome, and a short walk to the beach. We are budget friendly and cooked in for one night and ran into trouble with the oven. No hot pads and had to remove the knobs from the cabinets to even open the oven. Couch was pretty hard and somewhat uncomfortable, but we weren’t there for very long for it to be an issue - we were at the beach and pool all day! Overall it was great, and would rent this condo again!
