Two Bedroom Ground Floor Ocean View Condo - Gold Standard Approved

The unit was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of kitchen supplies, towels, and very clean. We appreciated being close to a market and coffee shop. The salt water pool was closed tho and disappointed with the beach, as it is not swimmable. But none of hotels on the Atlantic had nice beaches so not blaming these units.

A perfect spot, Brittany is incredibly kind, efficient and accommodating! They truly made our trip seamless!

Everything was great! There is a little bit of smell in the area due to the sargassum, but it's nothing that can't be overcome. The location of the condo puts you near to everything. The hosts were waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, and gave us a little tour on the way to the condo. They hooked up our domestic flights, cart, and everything we asked to be waiting in the condo for us. Great time!

From the day we got there to the day we left, Management was awesome, they made it super easy! The property was beautiful and our condo was clean and refreshing. Highly recommend!!

We were part of a much larger group in San Pedro to celebrate my sister's 20th wedding anniversary.We benefited from communication with the very attentive and knowledgeable property management team both before and during our visit. They were always quick to respond and very helpful.It also was very handy to have a phone that we could use to make local calls with.The property was also conveniently situated near a local grocery store, restaurants that even delivered, and a short ride to town on the golf cart.

Everything about this property was amazing. The place is clean and beautiful. The hosts were highly responsive and aimed to please. The AC worked well. It is close to town and all amenities. I would highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. Everything was just as expected. Kimberly was a wonderful host. She even went out of her way to help us get our luggage to the airport. The location is great Just close enough to town but far enough to have some piece. Easy access to many food, bar options.

Nothing but positive things to say! Brittany and Mike were very responsive helpful acknowledge! The property was perfect for adults, first time on the island Location was perfect and easy to get to anywhere we needed to go! I would Recommend this accommodation to anyone! Only suggestion is the cenote had lots of garbage in it the first day so that deterred us from enjoying it the rest of the week

I've stayed at many rental properties and my experience at the Landings is head and shoulder above everything else. Here are my reasons: - Brittany and Mike are amazing. Before my trip, Brittany quickly answered any question regarding the Landings and my traveling. - I didn't know that Brittany could book transfer flight. If I have to do it again, I would let Brittany handle it. - We went through custom quickly so the local airlines moved us to an earlier flight. To our surprise, the local airlines also contacted Brittany right away as we boarded our flight. When we landed, Brittany and Mike were already there to pick us up. It was a seamless process. - The condo was very clean upon checking in. We were given a local cell phone so we can make local call while were on Ambergris Caye and that was another perk. That cell phone turned out to be extremely handy as we used to contact with our dive shop daily to make sure our dive was not cancelled due to weather. - Our dive shop picked us up everyday at the Landings dock. Very convenient. - Location of the Landings is great. Close enough to town to try different restaurants and shop. Far enough to have quiet rest/relaxing moment. - I misunderstood and didn't make taxi arrangement to airport for our departure. Brittany and Mike gracious took our luggage to the airport since we can't fit everything on our golf cart. If we come back to Ambergris Caye, we'll definitely stay at the Landings. My sister and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect! It was right next to a grocery store, a couple of restaurants, and it was an easy walk into town. The hosts are easily the best I have ever dealt with in all my travels. Brittany was very accommodating, quickly responded to all our questions, and super helpful with recommendations. She organized our flight to San Pedro, our golf cart and a couple of snorkeling excursions. Everything went very smoothly from check in to check out and made our vacation stress free. I would absolutely stay here again!
