This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liked the fact we were just out of the hustle of the busy street. Couple of nights we saw bears (we were at safe distance ) some were not (not smart). Housekeeping needed to leave a few extra rolls of TP & garbage bags. The pull out sofa wish the mattress was thicker (closed it back up and slept on couch). Know its not something that is checked often to see if it needs to be replaced. Had a great time and would use stay there again. Thank you for everything. Had one negative was when the people below us had to smoke, had to go inside cuz it gives me a migraine. Know it was outside but still people should think the smoke goes up.

Reviewer Comments: We love to stay at PP when we go to Gatlinburg.We had an issue however during our recent stay wherein we had very little warm water from our shower. Still, although we didn't bring that to the staff's attention, we continued to have a great time.We will certainly return to PPCs in the future.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Gatlinburg for my son’s wedding in the mountains. This was a perfect location for some of us to stay while in town. I liked that it was on the edge of the strip, yet very walkable. We were on the third floor right above the river. The sound of the swift flowing river was a great and soothing sound. The unit was well furnished and very clean. The bedding could use a little updating, but overall fine. The office staff were very nice and polite. Access was very easy. Would definitely stay again.
