Having a balcony overlooking the river was beautiful and peaceful. It seemed like we were secluded even though we were within walking distance of town.

Stayed for a week in Gatlinburg. Property was conveniently located at end of the parkeay near entrance to national park, so we were able to walk everywhere in town and get to park while avoiding traffic. Property was slightly dated, but clean and had great view of river. Elevator was broken when we arrived, but manager let us know and offered to move us to lower floor. It was repaired by 2nd day of our stay. Coffee filters, dishwasher soap (for 2 runs), and small hotel style bars of soap were provided, but we had to make a run to the nearby Walgreens for coffee, creamer, shampoo and laundry soap. Water in unit had a slight taste, so we bought bottled water as well. Size of the unit was great for our family anf the location was great. Would highly recommended and we will stay again.

The condo is a great place to stay since you are still close to all the action in downtown Gatlinburg. Plan to stay here when we come to the mountains again in the future

It was a great place to see, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. We had a wonderful time and hope to make this an annual trip.
