Stayed Apr 2, 2019Location is excellent, and being riverside was wonderful! We loved spending time on the balcony watching the water and seeing the ducks. Plenty of room and comfort.

It is really convenient, the staff is amazing and the condos are roomy and right on the river. There's nothing like stepping out onto your balcony and having a stream right there. Our family will never stay anywhere else.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fireplace did not work, microwave light did not work, missing electrical outlet cover, carpets were very worn and old with multiple large stains. There was also mildew and water leaks in both bathrooms.Not a great experience.
