Location is right on the creek and is beautiful. It’s very walkable to Ober Mountain tram and everything at the top of the strip. Quiet. Check-in after hours was super easy. The only toiletry supplied is soap and dish soap. The inside was clean but in need of major updates and refreshing, especially removing the carpet. Some family members allergies were really flaring up during the stay, likely because of the carpet and room not smelling fresh. Because everything was so old, it gives the impression of not being clean, but it was clean. I loved that the guest room had two beds. Kitchen was stocked with enough plates, cups, silverware. A few additional cooking pieces would be nice, but overall the kitchen was sufficient. Our stay was ok, not sure I’d stay here again for what we paid.

This is the first time I have to tell you it was disappointing. The condo we stayed in was NOT well stocked as all the other times. there were very few dinner plates, there was hardly silverware for 4 adults. very few cups,very few bowls, very few plates. We were very disappointed & wondered if this condo was owned by Park Place. Whenever come to G Burg we always stay at Park Place but now when we come -- when I make our reservations I will request a condo that is better stocked like all the other condos we have stayed in. I realize the owners don't have to supply anything but this is the very first time we have stayed in condo where there is literally nothing in the kitchen not even travel S&P!! Broken door to the dishwasher,fireplace did not work, screened porch door in the lg bedroom did not work well at all. The shower in the lg bedroom had NO light in the shower so we literally showered in the dark !! This condo needs 2 b better equipped.I cannot recommend this particular condo. I could recommend Park Place as that is where we always stay--

It was clean but living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Bed was comfy and everything worked as it should. The balcony was a nice feature and got to watch a bear walk along the stream and then sit in the water for awhile. The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Location to park was so easy as well as the outer road to by pass the traffic. Nice pizza place we walked to around the corner and BBQ right next door. The tree color was really good. Our trip was wonderful.
