Stayed Jul 13, 2021The sofa was not a sofa bed and our fireplace didn’t work. Our youngest wound up sleeping in the floor.

Stayed Mar 22, 2021The condo was really nice and close to everything. The only thing i didn't care for was the air unit was extremely loud and you couldn't really sleep good when it was on.

The condo was so clean, had exactly what we needed for a great stay.We absolutely loved our balcony, morning coffee never better.The amenities were fabulous and staff fantastic!We loved that we could walk to everything .Very wheelchair accessible!

Right on the river, watch an abundance of wildlife right from the balcony. Walking distance to both downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The carpet and couches have actually been updated since the photos. The carpet was so soft! The mattresses ... not so soft, but otherwise, excellent experience.

You are walking distance from downtown and also right by the tourist for trails in the mountains. Trolley is right there as well for other options. Great customer service, rooms are always clean, everything that you need and great views from balcony
