two bedroom condo sleeps 6 persons

Honestly for the price I wasn’t expecting much, but walking in, we were shocked! The unit was so much bigger than we thought it would be. We LOVED the balcony! That view from the balcony but being right downtown Gatlinburg was great. We didn’t have to drive anywhere if we were staying downtown. We will definitely be back to this place again. Also, thank you for the complementary Country Tonite tickets! The show was great! I have included photos with views from our balcony.

It provides bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen area and laundry. All of this makes for a more relaxing experience than having just a single room available as would be in a hotel. The small pool Located in a secluded spot is nice anytime of day or night. The location is superb, being on the creek side, as well as only two blocks from the Main Street in Gatlinburg.

The condo is roomy, well equipped and very enjoyable. I liked sitting on the balcony and listening to the waterfall.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 209 needs a lot of cleaning and a complete renovation. Too many things broken, dirty, bugs, mold which is dangerous. When I asked to be moved was told I would have to pay for up grade. Then I was offered a 3 br unit that had just had a new floor put down and the smell was very, very strong from the adhesive used and I had to decide what was more likely to sent me into an Asthma attack. Chose to stay put. The location is great. Too bad owners are not required to keep up their property. Apparently management doesn’t do inspection.
