I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs updated with new paint job. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the best place to stay ever! Clean, peaceful, private but do close to everything that we walked. Location to the Smokeys wasconvenient without getting in traffic. Came in through the foothills so missed Pigeon Forge traffic. Easy entrance to Park bypass so never got caught up in Gatlinburg traffic. Creek was right outside our patio. My brother-in-law doesn't impress easily but wants to stay same place again. Price was more than reasonable. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to have a hearty breakfast every morning. Especially nice having washer/dryer. Reaxing on patio with my Sis was priceless!

Walking distance into the heart of Gatlinburg and a balcony right over the river. Wonderful! Will definitely stay again.
