Fix broken elevators

The unit wasn’t as clean as one would expect, and severely outdated in terms of upkeep. The checkin process was not great. We were on site by noon, and let them know in an effort to potentially checkin before 4 pm. Not only did that not happen, but we would have likely not be able to checkin before 5 had I not lingered around the desk, politely asking for updates. In the middle of our stay, we arrived back at the condo with the door propped wide open. After entering, we discovered plumbers changing out a commode that was functioning perfectly. This was completely unannounced to us. We had our personal belongings in plain site, including valuables. A courtesy call or text would have been expected. Additionally, the beds are in desperate need of replacing. For us to spend our hard-earned money (quite a bit of it) for this experience was very disappointing. We will not be back to unit 516 for sure, and maybe not any Phoenix properties.

This condo worked just fine for our family, but I will say that it lacked a little in quality compared to other condos we've stayed at with similar pricing. Things like the patio door was pretty difficult to open, the laundry room door kept falling off the track, there was no oven mitt, one of the bar chairs was completely uneven and the kitchen light only worked sometimes. It's also at the very far end of the hotel so expect a decent walk from the elevator and the wi-fi was really slow! But that's just the negative. The tv's were really large and you can't beat that view! Our kids loved the splash pad.

We picked this property because it was on the beach, had a splash pad for kids, and was near other kid-friendly attractions, like the arcade. Our kids (both under 5) loved it and spent a great deal of time using the splash pad. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I’m giving it fours stars instead of five is because one of the bathtubs would take hours to drain. Otherwise great choice that we would be happy to rent again!

Great experience in OB ! My family had a blast. The elevators were the only frustration. Had 2 out of the 4 was difficult at times. Other than that we had a wonderful time

We loved the condo! It was perfect for the 4 of us. Very organized checking in and the elevators (which is usually terrible) were great! Would definitely stay here again.
