Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m never the one to complain. I’ve stayed at many condos at Green Turtle Bay, always nice and clean. This one was so dirty, on the second floor. Toilet was left un-flushed!! Bathroom floor and rugs was so dirty with sand and dirt. Shower head, didn’t cooperate. None of the 3 tv was usable. Couldn’t find the remote for the 1st floor bedroom. Finally found the 2nd floor but it wouldn’t work. We didn’t have time to figure it all out. The location was great for the reason we were there. The night time party or get together made it hard to go to sleep. But eventually they all went inside. Other than that it was fine. I still would recommend GTB, but I know next time to call the front desk. This time I didn’t have time due to decorating for class reunion and getting things together!!! Our men didn’t get to watch their sports due to the tv while we were gone though.
