Seychelles 207 is a lovely 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo. This beachfront Panama City Beach vacation rental has one bedroom but sleeps up to six people comfortably. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and in the hallway, you will find twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With two bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone to vacation comfortably. Seychelles is located on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach in the peaceful eastern end of exclusive Thomas Drive. The area around Seychelles offers world–class dining, shopping, nightlife, and outdoor activities, and is close to the award-winning St. Andrews State Park. Enjoy the on-site amenities like the Fitness Center, Gazebo, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, game room, and covered parking.

Conveniently located on the family-friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of Seychelles is fabulous! It's wide and deep and reminds one of old Florida. Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

An additional option available is the Coastal Standards Parking Lot – Located around the corner (not on site, but a 2–4-minute walk to Seychelles) (5004 Thomas Drive). The rate is $20 per day. City-run overflow lots are $12 per day. (Subject to change without notice).
**The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice).
These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive
and 600 Henley Circle.
Wristbands should be worn at all times while using the common areas. (Available in the unit). Luggage racks are located on the 3rd-floor walkway.

    The property could use some improvements. The curtain over sliding glass door was torn at top. Could not close properly. The carpet was dirty. Probably needs updating

    We stayed here with two other families. This unit was the most least up to date of the three units. I had an issue with an outlet in the living room not having the cover on it. It was very easy to get to. I have two small kids so it was a constant worry. The location on the second floor was wonderful! Loved the staff there. Very nice people.

    First of all, the photographs provided on this listing DO NOT represent the current state of this condo. The furniture in the pictures is NOT the furniture in this condo. There were no bedspreads on the beds as shown in these photographs either. Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly of this unit: GOOD - Location was great! Amenities were fine. RealJoy Property management was very easy and pleasant to work with. The condo was a good size for a one bedroom and had two full bathrooms. This is where the good ends. The BAD: 1. The linens were terrible. They were cheap and thin (towels, sheets, and dish towels). $200 would easily upgrade the towels at least. 2. Appliances were old, especially the dishwasher. 3. Ice maker did not make a SINGLE ice cube the entire time we were there. Bring your own ice as the ice tray was empty upon our arrival. 4. There was no comforter provided for the pull-out sofa. There were no comforters (as pictured) on the master bed nor the bunk beds. 5. Silverware was sparse and looked like it was from a yard sale or a college dorm room. Really, it was ridiculous. 6. Washing machine was VERY small and would literally hold only one large beach towel at a time. 7. Only one dish towel and one dish rag were provided. No pot holders nor trivets were provided at all. 8. VERY poorly appointed kitchen with old, ratty cookware and utensils. For example, there were only two measuring cups provided, not even a full set. 9. The decorations, pictures, and furniture were OLD and run down. The curtains in the master bedroom were from 1985 (tissue paper included). The couch and love-seat were mismatched. The decorations were OLD and tired. 10. I turned the lamp on in the living room and the lamp shade literally fell off. 11. Outlet covers were missing (next to couch and next to refrigerator). 12. Crumbs on the threshold leading out to the balcony and crumbs ON the balcony. 13. Sink fixture was wobbly and loose. 14. Dining table glass SPUN like a lazy susan! Finally had to put napkins between the glass and the table to keep it from spinning. THE UGLY 1. The dryer would keep spinning even after opening the dryer door! This is dangerous as I stuck my hand in to retrieve a beach towel and it almost spun my hand around. 2. The tack between the carpet and the kitchen tile is exposed along with nails! My husband stepped on it twice. Finally had to put a towel down to keep us from stepping on it. THIS needs to be fixed!

    we enjoyed everything. But we're lied to about parking. We understand it was a busy weekend and we could only park one car but the sent a email stating we had additional parking around the corner for 20$ well there was no such thing!!!! So our second car we had to park it in random spots around town to keep it from getting towed. Other than that our trip was great and so was the location.

    Had a great time. The only thing I would change would be a room higher up. We were right by the pool and didnt get much quiet balcony time. But the view was great!

    Furniture needs to be replaced...no support and dirty. I used a sheet to cover the sofa. Decor needs updating. Pictures are hung incorrectly....most are too small. Pots and pans should not be stored under the sink. Dishes in the cabinet need to be organized and straightened. Pyrex dishes placed on top of coffee mugs is never a good idea. Artificial, faded plants need to go. A TV channel listing would have been nice. How often is the remote sanitized? Second floor location was not a good choice for us....too close to the pool. Nice to have new chairs on the balcony. Needed a side table. We have stayed at Seychelles many times and all other experiences have been excellent! But not this time!

    The carpet was new & the location was awesome.. loved walking next door to Schooner's at the end of the day. Watched the kids in the pool from the balcony. Great stay.

    Real joy is the management company and did an EXCELLENT job helping us from start to finish. Our issues were with the unit furnishings. Looked nice in pictures, but what a disappointment. Carpet worn out with wrinkles, couch completely worn out and felt as if I was falling thru each time I sat down. Ice maker made ice VERY slowly, mattress was ok, but every time you rolled over, the headboard rattled against the wall. The tv in the bedroom was really old and small. Sadly furnished, everything worn out. To top everything off, the A/C unit went out during our stay. After several phone calls, maintenance showed up to check it and called a service man. He arrived in about an hour but wasn't able to get access to the unit itself. Told us they could fix it next day. Realjoy immediately got access to another unit for us to spend the night. A/C unit was replaced about 4 pm next day, but condo was still 77 degrees inside so Realjoy was fine with us staying a 2nd night in the replacement condo. Next morning, our condo was cool so we moved back into it with no more issues with a/c. Thanks to Realjoy for their help, but highly discourage anyone renting this unit .
