It's the little things that help to make you feel at home... relaxand read by the cozy gas fireplace in the living room after a fun day outdoors, enjoy any of the 4 TVs in the unit, or play games, all provided for your enjoyment in this townhome. The living room has a sofa bed for overflow should you need it.



Off this gathering room, there is a private balcony with outdoor seating with mountain and street views.



The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, a vaulted ceiling, and an Ensuite Bathroom which has a jetted tub and a separate shower. You also have a private balcony to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your room.



The lower level bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed in one room, with two twin/single beds in the other. Both of these bedrooms have televisions and a shared balcony with mountain views as well as a Full Bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



The townhome also has a stackable washer/dryer, a heated garage for 1 car and one more assigned space.



Least but not least there is a community hot tub shared with this small complex of 16 units. It is located a few steps away from the unit in a private gated area surrounded by pines.

    The condo is in a perfect location to walk anywhere in Breckenridge, from main street to the gondolas. There is ample space for everyone with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals, and it was great to have a washer/drier as well. This is a great place to stay, highly recommended!

    Bus stop is right behind unit. Easy to get to and from mountian. Can walk downtown after a day of skiing and avoid having to park again.

    This is a wonderful place for a family vacation. It accommodated the six adults comfortably. The hot tub is right across the driveway, so no long trek to get there. The bus to the top of the gondola is right around the side of the condo.

    The check in process was easy. The location is ideal as it's a quick 10 minute walk to downtown. There is no a/c but they did provide fans, although one was broken. We kept the windows open which kept the place cool. One small snag in the washer machine, it started but would not complete the spin rinse cycle so we had to ring out the clothes and put into the dryer. It's fortunate we only had to wash one load. There are three bedrooms and three bath rooms but be aware 2 bedrooms are downstairs with only one bathroom and the other two were upstairs with just the master bed room .The kitchen was good but we ate out because of all the good restaurants in town. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the washing machine issue.

    We were surprised to be able to find a condo withing walking distance so soon before our trip but this property had it all. Upstairs/downstairs, Patio, large den and kitchen, garage and walking distance to the lifts. It was very clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend this property.

    The property was in excellent condition and in a great location being just minutes walking distance from downtown Breckenridge and the gondola for access to the mountain. The owners were very proactive ahead of the trip, and responsive during the stay. We had a wonderful visit and hope to do it again in the future.
