Stayed Dec 29, 2025First day we saw 8 turtles in the bay from our balcony. Stay was great (and there is no AC, but the abundance of fans and the great window ventilation made it totally comfortable despite being 70 degrees outside at night)

Many nights we chose to barbecue or eat in &watch the beautiful sunsets on our balcony. The room has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. I love the fact the grounds are beautiful & all neighbors were very courteous. No late night loud partying. The snorkeling is the best. I’ve never seen so many big turtles both in the water and out. We can’t wait to return.

We walked into #219 proceeded to the deck and were greeted by a half dozen turtles resting on the rocks. This was our third stay in #219 and we hope to return. We found some nice updates since our previous visit.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for a relaxing time in Maui, so close to the turtles and amazing snorkeling. The walls are thin, so if anyone is talking loudly or having music on everyone can hear it;) very small community though. No problems with anything really! Easy checking in process with code box, easy going staff. I’d come again!

In the 7 days we were there we snorkeled 12 times. The cove was a great place to very easily snorkel and there are other great snorkeling places close by. A good shop for getting fresh fish was close by also. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay great.

We watched the turtles swim in every morning, and then sleep right below our lanai. Highly recommend. Condo is need of updating, but everything is functional and ok. Grounds are beautiful! Napili is a magical place!
