Stayed Oct 16, 2025This is a gorgeous unit. Offers lots of space and minimal noise. We were 3 couple and everyone felt like they had plenty of privacy and space. I would suggest the owner of this unit replace the couches. This unit is very high end with very broken down couches. One week of rental income could improve this problem easily. If the living room furniture were comfortable it would have been an outstanding experience! For now we all have very sore backs

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Every year our friends take a trip to OBA. We have stayed at a few other places, but this was by far our favorite. Very spacious and comfortable condo, enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony. We had a few issues with our stay (none of which were on the host or the complex) and we were able to contact the host and get the issues taken care of right away. Highly recommend turquoise and this host. Will definitely be booking the same place next year

Stayed Jun 14, 2025This is a very nice, very clean condo. Beds and linens were very nice & plenty towels. The living & dining area furnishings we’d to be replaced. They are really showing their wear and kitchen was very minimally stocked. Not even a plastic or stainless bowl to put popcorn. Very large nice freezer ‘ refrigerator. But do not load up both at the same time. You will loose one side or the other for up to 24 hours

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The unit was nice, not exactly luxurious. The communication was great with property managers. The stay felt cheap by the fact that there was no salt and pepper, no cooking spray or oil and one roll of toilet paper. All of the dishes and pans, etc were great but not offering the essentials left a negative impression.

There was a hiccup at check in that caused some delay but they were quickly fixed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again in the future.

Stayed Dec 16, 2024So quiet & clean. Maybe right before school brake. All staff members nice & kind. Rm is top level condo. We enjoyed to play pickleball & relaxing in hot tub in rm, still all fitness facility in 4th floor we enjoyed.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024Overall loved stayed at the turquoise place! Check in process was easy. Good communication from “Alabama getaways”. Threw me off at first that nothing went through VRBO where we booked, but it was a smooth process nonetheless. We didn’t use any of the amenities, however it was nice to know how much they have there. This unit was clean, but the couches were pretty warn down, and all the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch and I put blankets down to try to help the sleep. Also, we wanted to grill out one night but there was no propane. The appliances are new and very nice though.
