Stayed Oct 11, 2025Took total family, which had ages ranging from 1 to 68. 1502 C was a great location for my total family with great views. Condo was nice, clean, and spacious. I got what we were sold. Watching the sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks from the room deck was great. Loved having the big personal hot tub on the deck. They serviced it every day. Turquoise place and their employees made it very easy on us from arrival to exit with their direct access to many options including the beach for entertainment for all the ages in our family. Great beach, many pools, splash pads, lazy river, tennis courts, putting green, ect... made many neat things for all to do. All Turquoise Place employees made it their job to see we had what we needed. Many good places to eat and shop close by. We had a great time, with good parking, and a clean, safe environment. My family plans to come back next year.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024The dryer did not work, no need to use until the last 2-3 days We notified the property who said they would send a mechanic up but it was one day before we were to leave and did not want any disturbance or having to be there when the maintenance man arrived. The drawers to the nightstand dresser pull completely out of the dresser if you are not careful and land on your foot. so this could NOT be used for clothes etc. So not major hiccups but when you pay several thousand dollars for a vrbo you would hope that these items work.

Stayed Nov 12, 2024rental property was beautiful and spacious with wonderful gulf view. Stocked well. During our stay, the property was overall nice and clean from a housekeeping standpoint. However, there were several issues that we encountered: 1. Living Room Furniture: The furniture and rug in the living room were very stained and appeared dirty, which required us to use sheets to sit on them. As a result, we chose to watch TV in the bedroom instead. 2. Bedroom and Bathrooms: The bedrooms and bathrooms lacked basic amenities such as hooks for towels, makeup bags, or robes. Additionally, one of the nightstands had missing drawer handles, and the drawers were unsafe as they pulled out completely. Adding an extra dresser in the master bedroom would also be helpful. 3. Kitchen: The kitchen was missing scissors, which would have been useful during our stay. 4. Hot Tub: The operation of the hot tub was unclear, and we had to exchange multiple texts with the property manager. Eventually, a technician came out to demonstrate how to use it. We hope these points are addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Let me know if you’d like to refine further!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024We stayed during the week of July the Fourth. There were several activities at this property, including a fire show and fireworks. Besides the Fourth activities, there were several amenities that the whole family enjoyed. These beds were the comfiest beds I have ever slept on in my life! The room was clean and well stocked.
