Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.

TWO (2) parking passes ($51.75/per pass/stay) included in cleaning fee upon reservation and must be picked up at the front desk in Tower C
- Additional parking can now be booked in advance at Turquoise Place Overflow Parking Garage starting on May 6, 2024
- Additional parking pass will be $31.05 per vehicle per night

In-Unit Amenity Notes:
Hot Tub - Aquatics will access the unit every 3 days to clean and service the hot tub.
Grill - Gas must be turned on below the grill in order to use. *Please make sure to turn it off when not in use.
Jetted Tub - The jetted tub in the master bathroom has a self-clean feature and will make a noise and blow water from the jets after draining.
