Turquoise Place 807C by Liquid Life

Everything was good except the outdoor grill wasn’t working so they sub with an electric grill.they do not come daily for the jacuzzi. Pull out bed was horrible. Furniture needs upgrade

Check in was an easy, condo was exactly as the picture show. Property management team were slow to respond when the fire alarm kept going off. They never responded to my messages until it was time to check out.

Great condo! Love the grill on balcony and new slide! Furniture needs updating in living room, but everything worked great!

All excellent except there weee very few coffee mugs available and the master toilet makes a loud noise when flushing.

Loved everything about the condo! We had a wonderful beach vacation!

Great time, fireworks a plus

Fabulous place, close to elevators, straight down to pools and beach, trash disposal right at condo. Beautiful, spacious, so clean, back porch has hot tub which was enjoyed and grill which was used. We never left the condio, and used all of pools, activities! Want this unit when we return!!

We absolutely loved the property and the beach! Turquoise Place is must to check out. It had everything you need and more. We shall come back with our children for another exceptional trip!

The condo is beautiful with incredible views, nice furniture and extreme cleanliness. The check-in procedure was easy and the parking is great with an assigned space near the elevator. The amenities were lovely although we had to go to Tower D to use the indoor pool, steamroom, sauna and gym because all of those things were closed in Tower C. We loved the hot tub on the balcony and someone came to check it everyday.Two things that were disappointing -- the condo says it has a grill and shows it in the photos but it is not working. We got a communication before we went that said the grill was not working but that the owners might fix it. In the end, nothing had been done. The grill and the hot tub on your own balcony are part of the charm of staying at the Turquoise. When I complained, the management brought us an electric grill and we appreciated it. The other disappointment was the condition of the appliances in the apartment. The refrigerator was fantastic but the stovetop knobs barely worked (we complained but no one came to fix / replace them), the microwave has no alarm when the cooking is done and the control panel / clock can barely be read. The oven racks squeaked terribly and may have been in backwards. Overall, because of the overall condition of the condo and the fantastic balcony with cushy furniture, we would stay here again. The management was very responsive to our questions / concerns.

We had a great time and the accommodations were excellent.

The stay was very nice. The location perfect! The grill was not in working order, however, a very nice place to stay.

Very comfortable and convenient! The grandkids didn’t want to leave. They call it the holiday house!

Enjoyed the stay.

It was perfect - the accommodations, the view, the property, loved it all. The elevators took some time at times, and I would have liked instructions to use certain things in the condo (the master shower took a bit to figure out) but it definitely would not dissuade us from staying there again!

More instructions on equipment use both ice machines were broken on arrival. Other wise the stay was great.

The location and view from the balcony was great But we noticed the furniture on the balcony was dirty and there were black fingerprints on the door frames The ice maker didn’t work I contacted liquid life and they sent someone to fix it but he was unable to Basically it needs to be replaced by the owner The can opener didn’t work so we had to request one to be sent up The grill was absolutely disgusting and hard to light and keep lit It was hard to control the fire since the grates were rotten The hot tub also didn’t work the first night They were able to fix it the next day Overall it was just a disappointment mainly due to the price we paid and the location being the Turquoise since it’s supposed to be a prestigious unit
