Turquoise Place 3BR with Incredible Views!

This place on the Gulf of Mexico with ever changing daily views is simply amazing. The location is quiet, not crowded with tourists, yet convenient to all necessities. The condo is quite spacious and perfectly appointed with all the necessary items. I had to purchase a box of wine glasses, but for 20, it was not a big deal. Go with the flow.The indoor pool is a bit chilly, but I come back to the room and sit by the fire and read. I would truly enjoy staying here again. It's perfect.

This was our 2nd year staying at this condo and it does not disappoint! We are already making plans for next year.

Very nice condo and everything was awesome!

I was shocked the check-out instructions stated we didn't need to strip the beds at departure. Upon our arrival on Friday evening we found the bed linens on all 3 beds dirty. Pillows had stains and one bed had food crumbs in between the sheets. The last thing I wanted to do after driving all day was to wash bedding, but I had to. Some pillows were very gross so we went to Walmart and bought pillows to use. To add to our frustration, when we took silverware out of the drawer to use for dinner, there was dried food on it. Plates and cups were not washed either. The top few plates had food and grease on them and looked as though they were just placed in the cupboard and never washed. A plastic pitcher had mold in the bottom. We had to wash all the silverware, plates, cups and cookware. We were gone Saturday. Sunday we went to grill steak but the grates were so rusty and dirty we couldn't use it. I had potatoes in the oven and then the oven quit and flashed and error message. Not only were we unable to use the grill, but we were unable to use the oven as well. We made dinner on the stove but the vent hood didn't work either. I contacted Phoenix Rentals that night. A service man came the next day. He said we couldn't use the grill because it needed new grates and it was also not working. He fixed the hood but had to order a part for the oven and told us not to use it. Neither were fixed before we left. Our cleaning fee was refunded but all the issues were very frustrating.

Great condo. Lots of space for everyone in the family. Amazing kitchen appliances and the built in ice maker was a game changer. Loved being able to cook dinners on the outside grill. Nice hot tub that gets checked by staff daily.

Nice property. But parking arrangements was not good .
