Welcome to Turquoise Place; Thepremier destination on the Alabama Gulf Coast. The Turquoise Place 1908C condominium is the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy the perfect beach vacation. With stretches of sugar-white beach and stunning sunsets, there can be no better view.
This tastefully decorated condo is perfect for a family getaway, a guy’s golf trip, girl’s weekend, or the perfect couple’s retreat.
Each bedroom has a private bath and there is an additional half bath accessed from the hallway. The master bath has a freestanding shower and a separate, large, jetted tub. The second guest room has a shower and the third guest room has a shower tub combo with a jetted tub. There are also 2 sleeper sofas in the living room!
In the kitchen, you will find top-of-the-line appliances so you can enjoy a home-cooked seafood feast with your family and friends.
The balcony has a gas grill and plenty of seating for a picturesque dining experience. Enjoy the private Soaking Tub to peacefully wind down in a private setting on your own balcony.
On-site you will find the best amenities! An enormous, heated indoor pool, large lazy river, outdoor pools, fitness room, game room, poolside grill and bar, tennis, basketball, and a kid’s play area.
When you are ready to explore Orange Beach you will find you are minutes away from top restaurants, great beach shopping, deep sea fishing, watersports, and kid friendly attractions like arcades, miniature golf, and amusement parks. It is just a short drive to Pensacola for museums like Pensacola Naval Museum and other sight-seeing adventures.

Parking
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the main parking garage for your tower.
• Parking for 2 cars is included in your reservation.

Overflow Parking (Optional)
• There is an overflow parking garage available for $30 per vehicle, per day.
• Overflow parking is subject to availability and can only be guaranteed if reserved in advance.
• Payment must be made in advance to reserve a spot.
• If you need overflow parking for a 3rd vehicle, please contact us ahead of time so we can assist with securing a spot.
Things to know
• The outdoor pools will not be heated from November 2 through February 28, 2025. During this period, only the indoor pools will be heated. Outdoor pool heating will resume on March 1, 2025.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• The master bathroom tub is a soaking tub only. It is NOT a jetted tub
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT No Pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

    Loved everything about this condo! Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. 1908C gave us easy access to front desk/beach as well as the outside bar/refreshments/pool areas. Weather was beautiful ?️❤️

    Good condo and good property. Only negative was that some of the property amenities were out of service and had been since December. Wish that had been communicated prior to booking.

    Building was wonderful. The amenities, activities, lazy river indoor pool with our own private hot tub made this a fabulous week. The condo itself had minor areas that showed wear. All of those were reported.

    The property is Beautiful, spacious, clean, and relaxing! We loved the position of the condo and parking spot! A lot for the kids and us to do on sight! We can’t wait to visit again!
