Turquoise Place 1706D 3 bedroom 3.5 baths with Private Hot tub by Prickett Properties

Loved the unit and the whole resort! Indoor pool was a hit with my three boys. Also was warm enough a couple of days to play on the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked. Will definitely return!

The condo is comfortable and very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Starter soaps, paper towel, etc. were sufficient. Plenty of bath towels, etc. Laundry baskets, family games, and beach toys were a nice surprise. A small hiccup with a DVD player that didn’t work. Maintenance was there within an hour to check it and brought us a new one. Another small problem with the hot tub not reaching set temp. We left a note, and the hot tube person fixed it that same day while we were out. The hallway walls could use a little touch-up on the paint. They ask you not to bring in luggage carts because it can damage the walls. Clearly some people still do. Really, our only complaint/disappointment was the living room furniture. The couch and 2 main chairs are pretty worn out. They look okay but are not comfortable for sitting any length of time due to the cushions being so worn out. Overall great stay. With an update on those 3 pieces of furniture, we would love to come back .

This place has an amazing view of the beach, and when we weren't out there, we were on the balcony relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for the week. We cooked several meals, and there are places within walking and driving distance if you want to go out. There is plenty of space, rooms were good size and each had its own bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Being handicapped and in a chair. I found Condo to be easy to navigate. Doors are wide. I wish Building itself gave more attention to handicapped people. Automatic door opening, at least one ADA lift for accessible into a pool or lazy river. Everything in unit was top notch. Rental staff was excellent. Always answered phone and assisted with whatever questions we had. Thanks Again

No water second to last day for a few hours and no AC last 24 hours. Not acceptable for a property this nice. You can do better. The property manager was excellent, but issues with cooling tower were beyond their control. I hope Turquoise wakes up and invest dollars ensuring this does not happen again.

The property was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I recommend you bring extra toilet paper and dish soap.

The Turquoise Place is one of our top favorites and this unit is exceptional! Clean and comfortable beds - kitchen was well stocked - I can’t think of a flaw. The kids love all the amenities this location has - it was crowded but it was a holiday weekend - can’t hold that against anyone!

Due to the colder weather in spring, we found this condo to be perfect for the cooler days when the beach was too cold. The hot tub on the patio was a big plus, the grill, heated pools, workout room and the beautiful large condo made the stay very fun.

We very much enjoyed our post Christmas stay at this property! It had everything you could want in a condo. It was quiet, perfectly cleaned, comfortable beds, huge balcony with a hot tub and grill. We stayed with 8 members of our family and never once did we feel like we were overcrowded. I would absolutely recommend this place to any of my friends. We plan to stay here again in the future.

The condo was lovely and the beach was great. The lazy river was not heated as promised which was disappointing. The management services were very helpful

This place was great! My family and I always love staying at the Turquoise. This unit was very nice and was equipped with everything we needed to have Thanksgiving at the beach. The living room fireplace was great to have on those cooler nights. The hot tub on the balcony is always a plus. Check in/check out was very easy!! Overall we loved it!!

Jetted bathtub in guest bathroom had brown residue when in use The hot tub did not get warm and all the jets were not working Some of the furniture needed updating (was torn and needed cleaning) We received continuous texts when we requested early check in time Thanks for addressing these issues

Enjoyed this condo so much, plenty of room, clean and best place close to an elevator and parking. Will stay here again!

Our party consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids and this was the perfect condo. We will definitely be returning.
