Great location, unit is very clean, accessibility was very efficient.

Everything was great and we had zero issues. The unit was perfect and we would recommend it to anyone headed to OBA.

I was concerned about the crowds and elevator wait times since we were there during a peak holiday weekend. But we never waited for an elevator. The pool and beach never felt crowded. The kids loved the waterslide. We able to play pickleball every night. Everything about this condo and the location was great. Easy walk on the beach to Coastal. The beds were comfortable. I was also a little concerned about them coming into your condo every day to check the hot tub, but they are in and out quickly. We hardly noticed them. I have nothing negative to say about the stay. Probably one of our best beach vacations so far.

The view from the 27th floor is amazing and the beach is wonderful! When we arrived, we noticed a handful of things that needed maintenance, probably an indication that the recent new ownership change hadn't had time to correct because everything we dropped them a note about was addressed the next day with great communication. The unit was quiet, well appointed and quite comfortable. The housekeeping team were diligent to make sure the on balcony hot tub was clean and maintained every couple of days. High end appliances, bar with ice machine, and a wine frig complimented the property well. Our granddaughter enjoyed the lazy river, pool and especially the huge sand bar in the ocean! Wonderful stay!

This is one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in period. We loved the location.

The property was very nice and well managed. There were two towers, so a lot of amenities, such as the pools, were replicated across both. The beach was well kept and not too crowded. We really enjoyed the features of the condo itself, especially the on-deck jacuzzi, full kitchen, and laundry. My only critique would be the TVs, all of which seemed older. The main TV had some hotspots and looks like it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the cabling was rather sloppy, and it was difficult to find available outlets for my kids' game consoles. A newer smart TV that just lets you sign into your own streaming accounts would be a better fit than the various Dish network boxes and remotes.

Had fun even in the rain.

This was our second time in this particular condo and it remains as described. There is some wear and tear throughout, nothing that impacted our stay, but would benefit from paint. There are lots of little extras like games, beach toys, pack and play, etc. that make the stay more comfortable. We loved the new hot tub. Communication with Joe was quick and easy for any questions that came up. The water slide and renovated pools were awesome! Overall, no concerns and plan to come back. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing trip to Orange Beach and Turquoise Place is our favorite place to stay. Joe was a great host and very attentive. He called after I booked and then right before our trip to let us know to keep in touch with him for any issues or concerns that we might have. The fireworks show that the condos put on was phenomenal and watching it right from the balcony put everything right at eye level! Best trip!

The condo is very spacious and nice. Beautiful view from the balcony! The wagon and kids toys as well as the beach chairs were nice for going down to the beach. The owner Joe was great to work with.
