Turquoise C1009-Beach Front with Private Hot Tub-Fabulous Amenities

Everything was as expected. This is the fifth time I’ve brought my family to enjoy turquoise place and it’s always great. Thank you.

We were somewhat disappointedthis year in our rental through VRBO. The property was clean, but there were several things that were irritating. 1. The freezer was not working. Took a text message to let us know that there was a small deep breeze behind the dining table. That’s not what we expected. 2. The thermostat at the rear of the condo was set on 85 when we arrived so it was very uncomfortable in the back bedroom. 3. The television in the master bath did not work. 4. The dryer did not dry appropriately taking three times to dry a load. 5. The lamp in front of the end window was unplugged. First night we plugged it in and had a fireball blowup. The court was obviously defective and it burned. What was concerning? Is that the GFI in front of the coffee maker burned out as did the outlet in front of the toaster. The Electrician did a wonderful job in repairing that, though we took the lamp and obviously did not have time to fix it before we left. 6. I had Text confirmation that I had purchased two extra parking passes. There was only one. Luckily one of the people on call for luxury coastal who was on the maintenance number. Was able to send the security desk at turquoise place C building so my son was able to park. 7. One evening when we returned from dinner, we had no power and no water. We did not get any indication from Spectrum, luxury coastal, or VRBO of what was going on. This is pretty difficult with 10 people in our four bedroom condo. Not enough space to finish….

Dirty, in need of major renovation. When you rent a property at Turquoise and pay , you expect what I’ve gotten at 20 other rentals there for your money. Where do I start? First 2 days spent onMaintenance issues, some resolved, some not. A frozen wine fridge and broken door so could not use. Refrigerator & freezer checked out after 4 hours and eventually cooled next day. Lights bulbs burnt all over, too many toMention, kitchen cabinet door broken, pan drawing stuck under microwave & I can’t describe the filthy couch that we did not sit on.. needs to be thrown out. 2 other chairs filthy, cushions missing on half of outdoor sofa & 2 on outdoor table. Fridge dirty as we had to clean along with oven. Dining table needed to be wedged as it was slanting over. On day of a bbq cookout, pit broken. All Knobs stopped. TookThem 6 hrs to fix hence too late to cook out. I was never so sad, displeased & infuriated along with embarrassment for our guests. The quality of this place is downright despicable for the Turquoise and I plan to contact Luxury Coastal Rentals and VRBO for misrepresenting the actual condo we were rented. Floors were dirty and carpet would leave feet black. I could go on & on! Not even a cutting board, or a game for kids. I’ve rented all over the globe & my first negative review. As to communication with LCR, it was almost robotic. Call an 833 number or send a text, someone new each time & had to start over again. Ruined my trip as the organizer & !

We love Turquoise Place, and this condo didn’t disappoint. Very spacious, beautiful views.

Our vacation exceeded our expectations! The condo was absolutely amazing, so much space for family and friends. The booking and check-in process was so easy. So much for the kids to do. Any texts with questions we had were responded to immediately. Highly recommend, we will be back!

The Property is Beautiful. The location is perfect. The staff was friendly, and the veiws were amazing.

Easy check in. Spectacular view. On the beach. Fireworks show was right in front of us. Breathtaking show. Unit was showing its age just a bit but well laid out and right on the beach. A few minor issues (light bulb. Remote batteries. Burners out on the grill). Same day response Well run building. Lots for kids to do I would rent this unit again

The condo was spacious and could have been great, but it just kind of missed the mark. The air conditioning was not working in one of the bedrooms, and it was ridiculously hot in there. We had to keep the AC freezing in the rest of the condo just to keep it semi-cool for the family sleeping in that room. There were two Dish remotes that seemingly did not belong to any TV (even after pushing the “find remote” button and changing batteries). You could operate the TV by manually changing the channel, but it was less than ideal. This left us with the den TV and one of the bedroom TVs being basically non-operative. There wasn’t a can opener in the kitchen (we bought one and left it there). Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, but we spent a lot of money on this condo and had a less-than-awesome vacation. The bedding was great, there were plenty of extra blankets, and there is lots of room to spread out… but the couch needs to be deep cleaned, they need to go to a bracelet keys system, and the remotes need to be in the proper room before check-in.

Great condo for our family vacation. Everything we needed was there and the location and facility amenities are perfect.
