The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via Park City’s free transit system.

This two-bedroom plus loft includes three full bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for eight and is located on the third floor of building IV. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to comeand go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.

Granite countertops, updated pine cabinets and a breakfast bar for three complete the well-equipped kitchen. The open floorplan with a dining area, offering seating for six, provides ease of conversation while meals are prepared and enjoyed.

The living room includes a large, flat-screen TV, a river rock surround gas fireplace, and cozy furniture to relax and take in your surroundings. Additional gathering space is available on the balcony with winter views of the ski resort through the aspen grove, perfect for year-round enjoyment.

The main bedroom features mountain décor with a luxurious king-sized bed, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. The private bathroom includes a beautiful vanity, tile shower and a bathtub to relax in.

The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan. The shared second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and tile flooring.

The private loft includes two twin-sized beds that can be made into a king with advance notice as well as a twin-sized bunk bed. There is also a TV available to watch DVDs only. The private third bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and tile flooring.

For your comfort, room amenities include: four flat screen TVs, wall safe, wall mounted hair dryers in all bathrooms, and is designated non-smoking.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
