The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #116 offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms that comfortably sleep up to six guests in this single-level condo. Located on the second floor of building III, access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

When not experiencing one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen while mingling with friends or family in the open concept kitchen and living area. Guests can gather around the dining table that offers seating for six. Well-appointed furniture in the living room invites you to relax in front of the gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. Glass doors lead to a private patio where you can take in the fresh mountain air and the views of the towering aspen trees.

The main suite lends itself to a good night’s rest with a luxurious king-size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds that can be made into a king-size bed with 24 hours advanced notice, a flat-screen TV, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower combination. A queen-size sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping configurations.

Condo amenities include wall-mounted hairdryers in the bathrooms, three TVs, and is designated non-smoking.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are available during the summer.

    The kitchen was really well-stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner for the week. The wifi was super, the fireplace was cozy and easy to use, the TVs all functioned properly (needless to say we have had issues with this at other rentals), within walking distance to the First Timer lift (wish we had a bit more snow!). The dishwasher did not work right away, but we called management and they were very responsive, it was fixed quickly and all was great. The laundry room was very close by and the washers and dryers worked very well. I would definitely rent this place again.

    We stayed for few days and really enjoyed the convenience of the location. Easy to park the car in the underground garage, get to the ski lift in the morning straight off the building. The amenities are all you need and staff was here to help whenever necessary. Would go there again.

    Great location if you're skiing, makes going out to and coming back from the slopes a breeze. Liked our stay here and would come back again though the walls are a bit think and we had some noisy neighbors so that's something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.
