The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #141 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps six guests. Located on the second floor of building IV, access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

When not experiencing one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen while mingling with friends or family in the open concept kitchen and living area. Guests can gather around the dining table that offers seating for four or the breakfast bar with seating for three.

Comfortable furniture in the living room invites you to relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. Glass doors lead to a private patio where you can take in the fresh mountain air and views of towering aspen trees.

The main suite lends itself to a good night’s rest with a luxurious king-size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and a shared bathroom with a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower. A queen-size sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping configurations.

Condo amenities include two TVs, a DVD player, and is designated non-smoking. An indoor locker room for ski equipment is located just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are available during the summer.

    This place was well-stocked with firewood and the essentials to live there for five nights eg paper products etc. Perfectly clean with comfortable beds. Even the pull out bed was better than normal because it had bed slats.The laundry facilities were convenient as was the equipment storage.The only complaint is that the microwave died our first night there and was not replaced for three days. It seems that bringing us something as portable as a microwave could have been accomplished the following day.portable as a microwave day.

    This is the Perfect spot to ski in and ski out from. Pictures can’t show that your front door is basically at the bottom of First Time lift. If it takes you 2 minutes to get on the lift it’s only because you stopped dead in your tracks at the view. Obviously the unit isn’t new but my family and I spent our time in front of our real wood burning fireplace being thankful we picked this unit instead of worrying about the dated decor. The unit was spotless and the check in process was seamless. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to maximize time on the slopes.

    Great location! Well maintained although could use some updating. If this was updated, it would be incredible. We had a great time with 4 adults and had plenty of room for us. the facilities were very convenient. Great ski locker, loved the large hot tub!

    If you're a skier, it doesn't get any easier. So convenient, that we all eat lunch in the condo and would go right back out. Hot-tub is right below, I can't wait to do it again.

    The condo was located at the base of Park City Mountain and approx 200 yards to the nearest lift. Everyone from the property manager to the desk clerk (Tyler) were awesome and very accommodating. The condo was a little outdated but comfortable. We loved the wood burning fireplace!! The kitchen was pretty well stocked and the appliances looked new. There was good quality cookware. The master bath shower faucet was stuck and we had to call to get it fixed. They came right away. The gym was well-equipped and an easy walk 2 buildings away. The property followed CDC guidelines for safety and sanitation and social distancing and masks were worn. If updated, this place could be really nice. I’d stay there again however. Many more pros than cons!
