The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #25 is a studio condo with one bathroom located on the second floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

The open floor plan offers an efficient, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for four to enjoy a meal. A comfortable queen-size Murphy bed easily pulls out for a good night’s rest or can be stored away for additional spacious living, while a large chest of drawers keeps belongings tucked away. The living room invites you to relax in front of a gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. Natural light pours in through large sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio, perfect for après ski and taking in the beautiful views. The private bathroom offers double sinks and a lovely tiled walk-in shower with glass surround.

Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, gas grill, gas fireplace, TV, wall safe, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is an indoor locker room for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.

    Just 100 yds or so from the gondola. Easy underground parking. Has a nice hot tub that you can enjoy after a long day skiing.

    Wonderful place to stay! Convenient and easy to walk out to the lift. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Lovely property!

    Property was exactly as pictured and described, easy access to Park City slopes with convenient locker location. Large balcony for use any season, VERY clean property! Good location to activities besides just skiing - quick to downtown, Midway UT, and Salt Lake airport. Bring any spices/oils, baggies or aluminum foil you need, only salt and pepper in the cabinet, items for morning coffee were provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and hand lotion provided. The fireplace was wood burning and house keeping was quick with any request. Walls are a little thin, but that's just the age and type of construction.

    Conveniently located at the base of the mountain. Just a few hundred feet from the First Time lift. I don’t know if I would book it for more than 2 people, but it was perfect for my son and me. Easy check-in and loved the keyless entry into lockers and rooms.
