The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #42 is a one-bedroom and one-bathroom condo, located on the first floor of building II. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

Easily prepare a mealin the beautifully remodeled kitchen which features alder wood cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances. The dining table offers seating for six or the breakfast bar offers seating for two.

Comfortable seating in the living room invites you to relax in front of the gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. The queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping arrangements. Glass doors lead to a private patio, that offers a table with four chairs to dine at in the summer months or a perfect place to enjoy an après ski beverage in winter.

The main suite lends itself to a good night’s rest in a luxurious king-sized bed and offers a flat-screen TV and access to the patio through large sliding glass doors. A spacious en suite bathroom features two vanities and an exquisitely tiled walk-in shower.

Condo amenities include a hairdryer in the bathroom. An indoor locker room for ski equipment is located just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are available during the summer.

    Second time staying at The Snow Flower. Once in 4 bedroom. This time just a 1 bedroom with pullout couch. Traveled with my son (16 yo). The property is great. The location can’t be beat. True ski in ski out. Buildings 1 and 2 are best locations. Parking very easy. Quick drive to Main Street for dinner. Did not use bus but stop very close. Our condo was up to date and clean. Big enough for 4. Great kitchen and bathroom. Made breakfast every morning. Lockers on first floor near condo. Laundry second floor easy and convenient. Son used pool in the evening. Can hear elevator but not a big deal at all. Would definitely stay there again.

    Excellent place, great bed, great location for ski in and ski out. Hot tub/pool area was quite nice. Only complaint was kitchen needed very basic stocking. It would be nice to have salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee filters etc.. so that every conceivable kitchen item didn't need to be purchased for a short term stay.. Otherwise the place was fantastic..
