The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #31 is a studio condo, with a sleeping loft and two bathrooms, located on the top floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

The open floor plan offers an efficient, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for four to enjoy a meal. A comfortable queen-size Murphy bed easily pulls out for a good night’s rest or can be stored away for additional spacious living, while a large chest of drawers keeps belongings tucked away. The living room invites you to relax in front of a gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. Natural light pours in through large sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio, perfect for après ski while taking in the beautiful views. The shared bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and beautiful tile.

Upstairs a sleeping loft offers a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen TV, and well-appointed furniture with plenty of storage. A private bathroom offers a walk-in shower and double sinks.

Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, gas-burning fireplace, two TVs, a DVD player, wall safe, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is an indoor locker room for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.

    We loved the location and O'Connor was perfect for our family. Skiing in and out everyday was a cinch and I can't imagine it any other way. Check in was easy and we had arrived a bit early but they were incredibly accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.
