The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via Park City’s free transit system.

Snow Flower #3 is a welcoming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the first floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare a meal while mingling with friends and family in the open-concept space. The stylish dining area offers seating for four and the breakfast bar offers seating for two.

After exploring all Park City has to offer, the cozy living room invites guests to relax on sophisticated furnishings while enjoying the large flat screen TV and the beautiful gas-burning fireplace. Additional gathering space is available on the balcony, which is perfect for year-round enjoyment.

The cozy cabin-like atmosphere of the main suite lends itself to a good night’s sleep with a luxurious king-sized bed, wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and picture windows overlooking the evergreen trees. The private en suite bathroom offers a beautiful walk-in shower with a glass enclosure.

The second bedroom features two comfortable twin-sized beds that can be made into a king-size bed with 24 hours advance notice. The shared second bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub to relax in after a day on the slopes.

For your comfort, room amenities include: three flat-screen TVs, a wall safe, hairdryers in both baths, and is designated non-smoking.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.

    Nice two bedroom condo right on the slopes. Easy access to lifts. Only complaint is outdoor grill hadn’t been cleaned in several years, should be replaced.
