Arrowleaf 112B is a true ski-in/ski-out property. Located immediately adjacent to Silver Buck ski run, the Silver Strike quad chairlift just 30 yards downhill. You get first tracks everyday in Empire Canyon and the Lady Morgan bowl!

This condominium home is the epitome of Upper Deer Valley luxury. Located in the prestigious Empire Canyon, Arrowleaf 112B has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a queen size convertible bed in the family room. The unit comfortably sleeps 6-8 people.
r>The master bedroom and second bedroom have king beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on the top. Each bedroom has an en-suite full bath. An additional powder bath is accessible from the living areas for friends and guests. A full size washer and dryer combination is located next to the powder room.

Flat screen televisions are mounted in each bedroom. The flat screen television mounted above the gas fireplace in the family room can also be viewed from kitchen and dinning areas. The unit is equipped with wireless internet access.

The professional décor of Arrowleaf 112B creates an ambiance of comfort and luxury. Granite kitchen countertops and reclaimed “old forest” hardwood floors in the living areas set the tone for the warm furnishings throughout the unit. The kitchen is “gourmet chef worthy” with subzero refrigerator, wine storage, and Wolf gas range. Family and friends can sit on barstools at the kitchen island and enjoy hors d’oeuvres while chatting with the chef! The dining table seats 8 people.

After a day of skiing/hiking/biking, enjoy the two outdoor hot tubs or kick-back by the outdoor fire pit on the slope side patio. Of course, Arrowleaf 112B has direct living room views of the ski run, so you may want to just relax in the comfort of your own living room. Click on the gas fireplace, turn on music or the television (mounted above the living room fireplace), and live the life of luxury!

What distinguishes the Arrowleaf building from other Park City accommodations is that it is a true ski-in ski-out property. Your private ski locker is located slope side, so during your stay all you have to do is situate your gear upon arrival and you are set for the duration of your vacation. The ski lockers have boot warmers so there is no need to lug your boots back and forth from the condo.

Arrowleaf 112B is set apart from the other units in the building because of its ideal ground floor location. You can walk directly out the back door of this unit to the ski slope! (Other Arrowleaf units access the ski slope only through the ski locker area.) This is extremely convenient if you are just popping into the unit during the day to grab lunch or to take a short break, or if you want to shoo the kids outside while you are making dinner!

Other amenities include a building lobby with a large stone fireplace and seating area, a pool table, a well stocked library with cozy seating, and a professional grade coffee/espresso bar.

    My family and I originally booked a different condo in Empire Pass for our June vacation. We arrived to that location and the AC was not working in the entire building. It was unusually warm in Park City that week and quite uncomfortable without AC. That host was unable to provide us with similar accommodations, so we were forced to start looking elsewhere. That is when we came across Joel’s condo, which was just a couple buildings over in Empire Pass. He went above and beyond to help us get moved over as quickly as possible so we could begin enjoying our trip. He was kind, understanding and a wonderful communicator. His condo is also in a perfect location, clean and well kept. My whole family kept saying we wished we had booked his to begin with. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Joel!

    Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay so much! From the check in process through check out, everything was seamless. The condo was beautiful and spacious, we all had a lot of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and we made breakfast there every morning. The ski in/ski out location was perfect. We want to stay here every year!

    We were able to stay for a month at the property and got to experience the magic of park city in the summer. Everything was perfect. Accessing the property was a breeze, the communication with the host and property manager was on point, and the home was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. We were able to hike right out the back door to empire pass. The kids loved roasting marshmallows by the fire pit at night and looking up at the stars. It was quiet during summer which was a nice break! Can’t wait to come back next summer!

    3 couples shared the condo for skiing, spa, and enjoying all of DV and Park City. The location was perfect. The shuttle system allowed us to get anywhere we wanted- the Stein, the St. Regis, the Montague, and Park City with no hassle at all. Plus, we could walk out the door and down the path to get on the slopes. Had first tracks each morning. Amazing set up with everything already there. We pre-ordered groceries from property manager and everything was perfect. Best VRBO experience we have had. We will be back!

    Our stay supposed our expectations! The ski in-ski out location is perfect. It's located on a side of the mountain that isn't very crowded, so we always had easy access to the chairlift practically outside our door. The unit is spacious, warm and inviting with a wonderful southwest decor that is perfect for the location and the season. The gas fireplace is big enough to provide heat and it's absolutely gorgeous when lit. We had more than enough room for our party of 4 (including our two teenagers). The kitchen was well-equipped, and the house manager referred us to a grocery service that filled the kitchen before we even arrived. There's a fire pit and hot tub in the common area, and we met a lot of people who own or rent in the building. Everyone was so friendly and eager to make suggestions. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the property manager, who lives close by, was accessible, friendly and helpful. We would love to go back again!

    Our family of 6 stayed here and it was perfect. The condo was so homey and possibly the most fully stocked. I was a little concerned being on the first floor would be noisy but there was zero noise. Everything was so easy from check in to check out. We hope to stay here in the future.

    The owner of this property is kind, caring, and responsive. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a host. He was very responsive and attentive. When we were faced with a threat of a bad snow storm that might cause delays for us to return home he volunteered to delay his use of the property in case we needed to extend our stay. When we did not know the code to enter the parking garage he picked up his phone on the first ring and walked us through the process. He could not be more attentive and his actions ensured we had an enjoable family vacation. We could not have wished for a better host. Thank you, Joel!

    Excellent rental in a fantastic location. Easy to lift. It was well-equipped and stocked. It felt like we were staying in a home not a rental. Anything we needed was there . The condo was clean and well-maintained. Exceptional experience!
