Location-
Stay in the best location in Breckenridge! The condo is located directly on the Four O’Clock Run ski back and steps away from the Snowflake Chairlift. No need to take a bus! The Snowflake chair takes you to a perfect central spot on the mountain between Peaks 8 and 9. Ski down to Colorado Superchair, Rocky Mountain Superchair, 5 Chair, Rip’s Ride, C Chair, Beaver Run Superchair, and Quicksilver Superchair as well as the Peak 9 Learning Area. (Yes, that’s almost all the base chairs on the mountain.)
Need to pick up ski passes or rentals No need to drive anywhere; there is a rental shop and ticket office right at the base on the Snowflake Chair.
Not only is it close to skiing, but a quick walk (1/2 mile) from historic Main Street Breckenridge. The host is a Breckenridge local who is happy to recommend the best places in town for your trip; restaurants, bars, shops, activities … just ask!
There really is no need for a car when you stay here since there is a Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop across the street. It’s free to go anywhere in town or jump on a Summit County bus (also free) to Frisco, Keystone, or Arapahoe Basin.

Sleeping Situation-
The town designates it as a 6-person unit but it is set up to comfortably sleep 4. Within the 715 square feet, there is a large bedroom with 1 King bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is well located just outside the bedroom door which means everyone can access it with ease. The sleeping areas are divided for great privacy.

Hi, I am Breckenridge local and avid outdoorsman. I love sharing my place with visitors to the mountains. Of course, it’s all yours. I live on the other side of town. I spend my winter skiing on the resort and in the backcountry. In the summer I mountain bike, camp, and raft. I am happy to answer any questions you have that can help make your time in Breckenridge better; best restaurants for any group, fun bars, cool shops, airport shuttles, and of course the best runs on the mountain!

    Good location, sleeping 4 is a stretch(1 bed and small futon) and it should be mentioned the owner has pets (allergies). There are neighbors and you are on the bottom floor with a barking dog above you,Hopefully management corrects this.

    Stay: JAN 3-5, 2025 - Perfect location! Very short walk across the street and you are on your way to the mountain on the Snowflake lift!If you are sleeping 4 people, I would recommend bringing an extra sleeping pad/bag or air mattress since the sleeper couch is not the most comfortable for 2 people (in my opinion).Other than that, this place is fully equipped for a perfect time in the mountain and in town.We will definitely come back!

    This is our second time renting this condo. It is true ski in ski out. Steps from the Snowflake and ski almost up to the door. Very nice amenities!

    My family loved staying at this place. The one minute walk to the snow flake lift was the best. Excellent communication with the owner and he was very helpful. Letting us check in a little bit early once the cleaners were done. I would highly recommend this place.

    Great location; very close to town. With the exception of a trip to the grocery store we never needed to drive anywhere. The location right on the 4 o'clock run is great at the end of a long day. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. Furniture is comfortable.

    This was a great vacation. We skied home in the afternoon and walked across the street to begin our skiing the next morning. Half-mile walk to town was lovely. Can’t say enough good things about the location. Drew, our host, was very helpful, especially with arranging ski school for our younger son. Replied quickly to questions & requests.

    The property was exactly as described. Close to downtown Breckenridge, as well as close to the snowflake lift and shuttles. We did have a few minor issues during our stay but the host was responsive.
