True Blue Golf Resort Condo - 3 Mi to Beach!

We came for a swedding and the condo was excellent. Great location and property manager was great.

Not sure what to make of our experience. Booked at the last minute for a get away. Reviews 9.8-10’s. I’m now wondering if some reviews have not been removed by owner. Arrived to find the code was not programmed into the keypad so immediately had to call for help. Was told I was using the keypad wrong even though they put in the wrong code. Figure that out for me. They were supposed to change the code after that and never did. At first glance things looked clean. Tired and outdated but clean. Then you start looking and trying to unpack. Then your stomach starts to turn and you start to itch and maybe even sneeze. I was immediately having to vacuum floors to get rid of clumps of pet hair. Also had to immediately wash blankets on the couch covered with fur. Yes I was vacuuming and doing laundry on vacation. But thankfully they had provided us so graciously with a single detergent pod. One pod. Then you see the dead bugs on the shelf, the dog hair and water rings on the bedside tables. The dining table and windows covers in fingerprints and grime. Hair in the bath tubs. Dog food, that’s right, on the kitchen floor and under the cabinets by the sink. STAINS on the bedding. Rust on the stove . Bar area with barware and glasses caked with dust and grime. Lampshades fuzzy with dust and headboards caked with dust. Water stains and falling ceiling in shower. Vanity lights burned out. Carpet tacks cutting our feet in the doorways. Porch dirty and chairs rusty.

We spent 2 weeks in Pawleys Island. Enjoyed the beach, fishing and played tennis. So much to do. The condo is in great location to get to restaurants and to the beach. We are not golfers. But plenty of places to golf.

Great experience! Very relaxing. Condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Only heard noise from the residents upstairs on the first night. Location is easy access to interesting sites. Excellent area to walk as well.

This was perfected situated (less then 7 minutes from each) between True Blue, Heritage, and Caledonia for a nice weekend getaway for golf. Fit 4 of us pretty comfortably. Only small nitpick would have been to have the two twins in one of the bedrooms was pushed together in a king instead of two twins, but I suspect the owner would have done that for us if we had requested, but we didn't bother because of the way our group was set up. Otherwise we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Clean & Quiet location. Host was timely with check-in instruction.

Homey, Clean & Comfortable Bed. Laundry pods would have been appreciated but made due without.

We went to Pawleys Island for a quick getaway weekend. The condo was perfect for what we need. It was just my husband and i and our chocolate lab. Everything was neat and clean. We will back soon.

This was exactly what we needed! Close to the beach but also with amenities that included pool and tennis/pickleball court use and pet friendly too

Aside from the fact that we had to wait 2 hours past our 4pm check-in time to get into the unit (no offer to reimburse for those 2 hours), the many missed areas that should have been cleaned, the back sliding door secured by a broom handle, the out-dated appliances, and the herd of elephants that seemed to live above, this place was in a convenient location with the pool, security building, and golf courses near by.

Wasn’t sent code to get in till 4:20 pm. No one was there called after 4 and was told code was coming soon. Toilet paper was single ply with no extra rolls in unit. Screened in pouch was dirty and dusty.

Loved the condo and its location. Bird watch and golf watch if you choose. Very quiet. Take nice walks with no traffic issues. Dog friendly. Will definitely book again.
