The condo was clean and well equipped. It’s perfectly located and we enjoyed our stay very much. We’ll be back.

Enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean and the host was very responsive. Location was great for the bike trail and wonderfull restaurants.

Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were all clean. Perfect for enjoying after a day in the downtown areas. Condo is centrally located with all the necessary amenities. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare and make meals. Check-in and Check-out process was clearly and timely communicated.

This was a wonderful , clean property. The pics were accurate and the location excellent for Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Loved the indoor fitness facility. I was able to swim each day…a big plus for my lap swimming. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent property and location. Had everything we needed for our family vacation. My boys loved the gym and pool on location and we spent a lot of time at local beaches and waterfront.

Trout Creek is a wonderful resort in the perfect location. It’s between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We love to vacation here. We wanted to ride the bike trails and needed a garage to secure our ebikes. There is so much to do in this area. It’s an outdoor lovers paradise. This condo fit our needs perfectly. We road each day and relaxed by the pool in the afternoons. The condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Perfectly located stay with plenty to do. Our apartment had video games and board games to play with and was perfectly located across from the pool. Clean quiet and garage for the car was a perfect touch. I hope I get to stay at this property in the future. My family just loved it.

Nice cozy place. Very well equipped with everything you need. Was very nice to have a washer and dryer. The amenities are top notch.

Great little home base to spiral out to see all the nature Northern Mi has to offer. My husband enjoyed parking in the garage! I enjoyed having two bedrooms! My teens enjoyed the multiple bed options so one had to share. Nice pools. We also played pickleball.

Place was clean and fulfilled all of our needs. Love the huge area that surrounds the condos. I am a big morning walker and was able to walk 4 miles every morning without having to leave the complex.

It was a long weekend trip for our 52nd wedding anniversary. We wanted to be near Petosky to see a group of old friends and the location was perfect! A really comfortable facility with everything we needed to make it a wonderful trip!

Great overall stay, the place has several pool options and two playgrounds if you have kids. The rooms were great and our kids loved being able to select between three beds in the second room every night. The place is slightly out of the way in the summer of most places since the ski resort is closed. The only reason, we didn't give this unit a 5 star rating is our other stays from VRBO were above and beyond any type of typical expectation (greeting basket, check in mid stay, and great communication). So if you are just looking for a place that you can go back after a long day and sleep or relax you can count on this place being top notch.

The stay was nice and there was room for everyone which was great and sometimes hard to find with a big family. The only problem I had was there was an unclean water warning and because of that the pools were out which was one of the main reasons for picking this property. They could have sent me a message letting me know those things so I could have made other arrangements. My kids were looking forward to the pools and playground equipment that was also under construction. If anything I should have at least been warned that the water will need boiled to be able to drink.
