Trout Creek #145, minutes to ski hills, includes Nubs Nob ski locker.

My family really enjoyed our stay here in February of 2026. The condo was well appointed with everything that we needed and was a great location for both Nub’s Nob and The Highlands.

Really nice place. Good starting point for our day trip adventures. The place was everything we expected with the exception of the beds. Way too soft mattresses for old folks like us. I had to sleep on the couch due to my back. (couch was great!) We would book the unit again.

Plenty of space for our family of four. Well appointed, clean. Check in was easy. Centrally located to everything we like to do up in Northern MI (including the UP). Close to great golf, state parks and water, hiking, wineries, etc. Very nice place, would stay there again.

Property was in a good location and well equipped for our stay.

Loved the location and unit and the wood burning fireplace was a nice addition!

Our family had a great stay at Gary’s place in Trout Creek. The wooded views made it feel very cozy while being only minutes from Boyne and Nubs. The wood burning fireplace and outdoor pool and hot tub were extra bonuses. We hope to come back soon!

Very nice condo that is conveniently located by The Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts. I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a skiing vacation.

Another fabulous stay at Trout Creek. Have stayed multiple times at this condo. Always clean, well stocked kitchen, & comfy beds! Corner unit & so peaceful watching it snow. Looking forward to booking again for next year! Thank you Gary & Marie for a wonderful stay!

My sister-in-law and I have been coming to northern MI. in September for the last several years. We wanted to find a place other than a hotel room. Found this place and glad we did. Location is great. Close to Petosky, Mackinac city, etc. Condo is in the woods. Surroundings are great. Great accommodations.,We definitely recommend this condo!!

The condo was just perfect for us. The location is quiet and wooded so we could enjoy nature when sitting outside on the deck. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure is good. Great location to visit the surrounding area like Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Cross Village and Indian River. The hosts were great to work with with questions.

Cute, clean and quaint. Nice location in the complex, surrounded by trees, loved the outdoor patio. Close to everything-Petoskey, Harbor Springs, etc

Brought my mom for a long weekend. She really enjoyed herself and we had a great time too. Short excursions to downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs, Charlevoix and Mackinaw City.

Owners were very communicative when needed and the space was great! would stay again.
