Tropical Winds beachfront beauty with pool, balcony, grills - close to beach

Had a great stay beautiful balcony of view of the water, watching the dolphin swim by in the morning, drinking coffee, nice and quiet

This property was just as described. Everything worked as it should. There were couple of issues with codes to pool area.(would suggest sending everyone renting a message if codes change). Beach view and short distance to beach was great.

Great location! Great view! Love the extra bedroom and bath. Not a lot of extra toiletries or kitchen basics.

Loved the location on the beach and the onsite property manager was attentive and helpful. We arrived at 4pm to check in and the unit was not ready and we had to wait for 40 minutes. There were no parking passes in our unit and we were issued an incorrect code to access the beach/pool. We contacted Vacasa for help twice and they were useless and kept telling us someone brought parking passes which never happened. The only response received was from the property mgr. The condo could use some major updating. There was mildew on one of the chairs in the den and the furniture was pretty worn. We paid a hefty price for two nights and it was NOT worth it at all. Total disappointment and lack of customer service.

Overall, we loved our stay. Furniture, beds, etc. were all very comfortable and the patio was superb--with a fantastic view of the ocean and the morning sun was perfect. Towels were short in supply including kitchen, one very worn dishcloth and one very thin dish towel (rags I bought were in better shape) Each bathroom had one face cloth and only a few towels. Every thing else was nicely supplied and we loved our rental.

Great location right on the beach. Area is easy to get around. Excellent seafood. Close to The Wharf in Orange Beach which has upscale shopping. We’ll go back to this beautiful part of America!

Overall, we had a great trip. We loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Beautiful view and a great location close to many restaurants and shops! The cleanliness was not up to my standards. At a quick glance, things looked “clean” but the floors were actually really really dirty (they turned my child’s house shoes black- so we threw those away) , underneath all of the beds, pull out/couch, dressers, nightstands, etc were filthy with dust. Things to me that can be easily moved and cleaned under, but have obviously been neglected. I reached out to property regarding some possible mold on the ceilings. The unit had a musty smell when we entered and some of the ceilings in the living room and master bedroom looked as though they had possibly painted over spots that may have been moldy (not confirmed, but just something I noticed). I got a quick response from them, but there was never once a person to come by to check the issue like I was told they would do. Both sinks in the bathrooms did not drain well at all, which was quite annoying. And last but not least, the stand up shower had some mold in it which definitely could’ve used a little ✨mold armor✨ I think with a few little changes (especially the cleaning part of it), it’d be a nice place to visit again. The condo itself was great! Super quiet, plenty of parking, a beach and pool to ourselves for most of the week, and some very sweet owners we got to meet during our stay. We look forward to another trip soon!

5th floor, but it has a quick elevator.

Gulf Shores did not disappoint. The surf, food & property made us happy.

Loved how small it was and how close to the ocean it was.
