Welcome to Maui Parkshore 213, your tropical paradise retreat on the stunning island of Maui. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, offering a comfortable and stylish escape just steps away from the beach. Please note there are only 1 portable A/C in each bedroom. As you enter, you'll be greeted by the modern furnishings that adorn the entire space. The living area features a queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements for your convenience. The expansive ocean views from the private lanai create a breathtaking backdrop, inviting you to unwind and savor an evening cocktail while witnessing the spectacular Maui sunset. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, catering to all your cooking needs. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need within arm's reach.

The guest bedroom is a versatile and inviting space, featuring two twin beds as well as a ceiling fan and a portable air conditioning unit to ensure a comfortable environment. The adjacent guest bathroom offers both a shower and a lovely vanity area. In the primary bedroom, indulge in the perfect night's rest on a luxurious king-size bed. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan and one more portable air conditioning unit to suit your comfort preferences. The ensuite bathroom boasts elegant tiling, a shower, and a vanity area, providing a private oasis for relaxation.

Maui Parkshore Resort is located across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many Maui top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Maui Parkshore features a nice pool area with relaxing lounge chairs, and BBQ/outdoor dining areas.

***Spall Repair & Painting Project
- Beginning April 13th, 2026, with an estimated completion date by Mid July 2026.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- SOUTH WALL: Lanai side spall repair, paint & prep. Stacks 16 to 11 from April 13th to April 27. Stacks 10 to 6 from April 28th to May 12th. Stacks 5 to 1 from May 13th to May 27th.
- NORTH WALL & STAIRWELL: Stacks 1 to 5 and lobby from May 28 to June 11. Stacks 6 to 10 and interior stairwell (Breezeway) from June 11 to June 18. Stacks 11 to 16 from June 19 to July 1st.
- South Stairwell will be prepped and repaired from July 2nd to July 8th.
- Demobilization is scheduled for completion by July 13, 2026.

    Such beautiful condo! My family enjoyed eating on the patio, walking to the ocean, and the provided beach chairs. Two bathrooms made post-ocean showers easy - and the kids loved hunting geckos outside! Lots of tasty food nearby, and plenty of beach-activities only minutes away!
