Tropical Elegance 2BR Condo; Beach/Golf/Shopping

We really enjoyed the location and convenience of the condo. The community pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the unit itself was very nice.However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The unit wasn’t stocked with enough toilet paper for the week, and although we called to request more, it wasn’t delivered the next day. We ended up buying our own, and it was finally delivered the day after that.The bathtub wasn’t very clean when we arrived, and the glass sliding doors also needed wiping down. Shower products were completely empty on arrival and had to be restocked after we reached out.We did appreciate the beach toys provided—they were a great touch—but we didn’t discover them until the last night. A heads-up about those in the welcome info would’ve been helpful.Lastly, the bedding on the pull-out couch didn’t seem freshly washed, which was a bit concerning. We liked the Hawaiian snacks, thank you!

Property was nicely upgraded. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were all upgraded, nice, and clean. Good location where you can walk to a lot of stuff quickly. Only reasons I’m giving 4 stars is we had issues with the AC one day where it kept shutting off prematurely and then needed to be manually reset so the condo got hot. Once we got the condo down to a stable temp, it was a non issue for the rest of our stay. There was also an issue with the ceiling fan over the master bed where we could only get it to operate with the light on, which prevented us from using it at night. The kitchen only had 2 real wine glasses so it would have been nice to have a couple more. Other than that, our stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay here! The furnishings are lovely and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and there were lots of items for swimming and the beach available. They also provided some snacks and playing cards which was a nice touch. If you are planning to use the sofa bed, it would worth confirming with them that there is an extra set of sheets ready to go as there was not one there when we arrived. But when we reached out to them they were willing to help remedy the situation. The pool was lovely as was the Waikoloa resort area. We would highly recommend this place!

This is the 2nd condo in this complex we have stayed at and it was lovely. The condo gets morning sun and afternoon shade, with great view of Mauna Kea. The staff was fantastic and the condo clean and comfy

We were thrilled to find the condo as advertised, and appreciated the extras such as the pair of beach chairs. 20 minute walk to A-bay beach. Beds are tall, storage is ample, so it would be great for a longer stay.

Our condo was incredible. My wife’s favorite place was the wrap around lanai and lap pool. The unit included stackable washer and dryer which was helpful as well. Beautiful views of the golf course which I played and an amazing overall experience. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and would love to come again.
