Stayed Jun 10, 2024The location was perfect for our family reunion. Easily walkable to both the beach and bay. The unit was older but had everything we needed. The common courtyard was adorable. Would stay again.

Stayed Jan 2, 2024Loved the shared patio areas although a bit cold to use. Kitchen well stocked with the necessities. Garbage disposable did not work and was not fixed while we were there although it didn’t really interfere with our stay. I would stay here again. Good location

Stayed Oct 21, 2023My husband and I visited for Wedding Anniversary and this place what exactly as advertised. Small enough just for the two of us. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. It’s within walking distance to Bridge Street for shopping and food. So close to the bay for morning Sunrise and Sunsets on the beach. I definitely recommend and plan to return.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022The property is in a great location, close to Bridge Street, the beach and the free trolley bus. We stayed when it was very cold for a few days and as a result could not use the area which had the dining table and as a result this reduced the useful space considerably. The shower is very small and it needs upgrading to ensure that the water does not leak out on to the floor. It is fine for a short stay but not for anything longer than that. You really need to plan to eat out rather than cook in.

Stayed Jun 6, 2022Such a relaxing trip! The courtyard was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The short walk to the beach every day was great!
