Tropical Breezes at Majestic Sun! Completely unobstructed Gulf Views!

Everything was great from the comfortability of the rooms and beds to the amenities around the beach. A bunch of golf court rental places.E bike rental places and scooter rental places as well. Indoor/outdoor pool, surf shop right nearby and some of the best ice cream you'll ever have as well connected to the building. Last there's twenty four hour security on premises at all times.

The elevators were always quick and no long wait. The view was great!!

The view was amazing. The location was great. Could use more signs, to pool, and maybe someone available at front desk. Would love to stay again. Beach needs ramp! Hard to carry a wagon down the steps.

The view is wonderful!! I would recommend this condo for a stay of no more than 3 people. The sofa sleeper didn’t work at all. The condo is right next to the elevator. Very loud.

Room was exactly as described and very clean and ready to go as scheduled. Host was excellent and quickly responded to any questions that we had. Great view of the beach and easy access. Only nit would be the patio furniture as it was not very comfortable (bring a pillow/pad). Otherwise, A and met all expectations.

Very clean room and perfect location. Had a little hiccup with parking pass once we arrived but the owner was very helpful in fixing. Will be saving for future stays!

The amazing view is worth more than what we paid!

First of all,...the balcony view is... AWESOME!,,,Lets give it up! All things where there. Clean...tidy. Got some WOW factor for sure. Elevators were not a problem, even during Labor Day traffic. Stay was tranquil...quite...but it fronts to a public street...so that means sirens an such. Great place tho.

Perfect condo! Well located and easy procee. Ine of the cleanest and best stocked VRBO I have stayed in. Love the location and the great balcony furniture.

We always love this condo but we did see roaches. And there were teens running and banging on the doors about 2:00 in the morning. We've never experienced this before and hope it was a one time thing.

Great location! Unit was not fitted for older adults. Small shower and master bath very small. Limited storage. No comfortable place to sit. Balcony furniture needed some cushions.

Host was super responsive to a few questions. The information about the unit and what they provided helped me pack more efficiently. The view from the unit is spectacular!

This condo sits right on scenic gulf dr, the unit overlooks the turquoise waters. There is 1 bedroom with a comfy king and then 2 bunks in the hall. Would be fine for little ones but a bit cramped for older maybe? Perfect for myself and my husband. Nice laundry. Suggest to bring a drying rack if you can. Nowhere to hang suits to dry. We visisted for a Topeka festival and the condo was amazing! Everyone at the location was very kind and our host was easy to reach when needed! Will definitely be visiting in the future!

The property had amazing views. We got married while staying here. The AC wasn’t working upon arrival but we did arrive early and it was fixed rather quickly! We left as labor day weekend was starting so I could see it getting a little more noisy being by the elevator. We had to purchase our own box fan for white noise while sleeping. We also left it behind for others to use. Overall, this was a trip that we will never forget and this property was part of it. Just watch out for the jellyfish!

Condo was very nice and clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Condo is close to elevator and parking garage is nice to keep your car out of the heat.

My husband and I enjoyed our week at tropical breezes. The view was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We ate all of our dinners at local restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was plenty of room for the two of us. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view. We even saw a dolphin swim by on our first morning there. The condo is super convenient to the beach as well. Just a ride down the elevator and a short walk across the street. The washer and dryer were a very nice convenience.

The unit is conveniently located across from the beach. Really close to elevators, but no major issues with noise. We enjoyed our stay and would reserve again!
