Stayed Jan 31, 2022Our stay could not have been better. The unit had everything that we needed. All of the residents were friendly. We were right on the water. The pool was very inviting. The location was excellent. Everything that we wanted to see and do was close by.

Stayed Nov 29, 2021The unit we rented could be cleaner showing wear, dusty behind and underneath the furniture, the walls could be washed and grout on floors some of the tiles are black since grourt is hard to clean and around the tub need some TLC. Kitchen cabinets also need some washing. Owner was nice to deal with. Cleaning supplies in the condo were old so hard to keep it clean, linens on the bed are old and should be replaced. Also needs pool towels none provided. Again the owner was helpful when booking. One complaint the place needs major cleaning.

Stayed Mar 1, 2018Wonderful property, extremely friendly and helpful landlady (Nadia Tippett). Nicest place we've stayed in 15 winters in Florida. Our only disappointment was learning that we would not be able to rent it next year, that Nadia had opted to secure an annual renter.

Stayed Jan 12, 20181st Experience with VRBO based on friends input. Pictures online were an accurate reflection of the unit. . Well kept grounds, pool very clean and warm. great for exercising!!. 2 TV's, very basic service, same channels not available on both! Our experience as based on 45 days in January/February 2018. Close to St Pete beach, restaurants and basic services close by. Would stay here again. OBTW - strong internet signal running GTM sessions to support a couple of necessary meetings as well was no impact on performance
