Tropic Winds 1402 (Beachfront) - Free BeachService!!

EVERYTHING was perfect! We've been to PCB several times but this was the first time we stayed at this end of the beach - and LOVED it. The owners/managers are great to work with and the unit was impeccably clean. We also enjoyed the included beach service! We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay in this condo again!

This was our second time staying here. It's very nice, very easy, and has everything you look for in a vacation like: Great view, Directly on the beach, Clean, Pool and hot tub, Easy communication, Easy checkin and check out, Basic supplies provided, Designated parking spot, Chair and umbrella service included. We will definitley stay again! The only time we had to wait on the elevators was between 7:30- 9am Saturday which i assume is a busy checkout day in general so to be expected, and it wasn't a long wait as I have experoenced at other places in the past. The umbrella / chair service is a little too eager to put the chairs and umbrella away prior to the expected 5pm closing time. On the last night I was there, the sprinkler sprayed water in our faces while sitting in the hot tub for an extended period of time around 9:15ish. Only time my family experienced this so not sure why this happened. We will remember to fill out all the information on the parking tag next time! I really have nothing bad to say at all. The condo itself was awesome! Plenty of space and CLEAN. All communication with owners was pleasant and laid back. No drama. No complaints.. Property is very nice! This is not a party location, so It's perfect for mature guests and families. We loved staying here both times and look forward to next year's visit!

The condo was perfect. Clean, well furnished, great patio and patio furniture, well stocked kitchen and easy to use TV. Easy check in and check out. Host were great in working with me.

Unit Feedback:The unit was clean, and the online photos matched the in-person appearance. However, renters who prefer firm furniture should know that the couch and all three mattresses are very soft. The bath towels are thin and should be replaced with new ones.Community Feedback:Although Tropic Winds advertises a non-smoking environment, we frequently smelled marijuana from our balcony. The lessor first advised we take a photo of the smoker and report it to the HOA, but expecting us to lean out over a 14th-floor balcony to identify the source is just not safe. Sadly, the near-constant smoke ruined one of our favorite parts of staying at the beach: simply sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air.Know that wristbands are strictly enforced—even when walking straight from your car to the elevator. They are uncomfortable and unattractive, but staff insist on checking them.Overall:Judging by the smell of pot and the wristband enforcement, I have to conclude Tropic Winds' HOA is contending with a minority of condo owners or property managers who have cheapened the experience, renting to anyone without any reasonable oversight. I feel for the owners of our unit, as I'm sure this isn't what they signed up for.

The home is always super clean if you have any issues they are there with in a few minutes at your service. I have stayed there 4 or 5 times and it is the same great service every time. Looking for a home away from home this is it. I wouldn't change a thing except to be able to stay longer.

The week started out poorly as my group of four had rented another place in Panama City. It was terrible so we were scrambling for somewhere else to stay. I called and spoke with Meghann. She was so helpful and kind regarding our situation. She even texted me when the previous occupants left so I could get an earlier start on saving my vacation. The condo was beautiful with a large, open, clean, beautiful home to make lasting beach memories. It was so impressive to move from the mess we had booked into the bright relaxing space in Tropic Winds. The process was wonderful in terms of check in and check out and I was extremely impressed with the condo and the property. Thank you so much for saving our vacation and we can't wait to come back!!

From booking all the way through our exit, the communication was incredible and with such ease! I will definitely stay with them again. The room was beautiful and really clean! Fantastic for our family!

Awesome living space. Very spacious with comfortable beds and a very nice beach view. Scott was awesome and was very accessible with everything.

We loved our stay here! The condo was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and more. We also really loved the convenient location of the included parking pass. We would love to stay here again whenever we make our way back to PCB.
