Tropic Isles 602 Sea La Vie Newly Renovated Condo...Walk to the Hangout!

It was perfect for our weekend volleyball tournament.

This is my third year staying at Rebekah’s condo it’s always crazy clean and it’s affordable

Great condo as described. Very clean and the best location between restaurants. Perfect condo will be staying again!

The listing of this property was EXACTLY as we found it. The host was very responsive. The property was very clean. The balcony had an excellent view of early morning dolphins playing, fish jumping and slight waves lapping the shore. There were absolutely no negatives about this condo or the owner. Would certainly love to come back next year.

An amazing place to stay! So clean and welcoming. The balcony has an amazing view and the beach access is amazing! Having covered parking is so nice along with the beach access including umbrella and chairs.

This was our second time staying at Sea La Vie. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The condo is so nice & cozy. We also really enjoyed the complementary umbrella and chairs service on the beach. It was a great relaxing getaway!

The location, cleanliness, communication, and just everything overall was top notch. We enjoyed our stay so much. This was probably the cleanest condo I have stayed in. The host was amazing and answered every question I had promptly. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our week long stay was perfect. The condo had plenty of room for a family of four. It was extremely clean and was ready before our check in time. It had all the amenities that we needed plus some. It is at a great location within walking distance, or a short drive to alot of resturants and shops. There was never a wait for the elevator while there, during June. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The view of the gulf was beautiful. The covered parking spot was a nice perk as well. The beach was not over crowded We will definitely be back next year!

We love staying at Tropic Isles because it’s in the perfect location and you walk out and have immediate beach access. And it’s the perfect size, not too big or commercialized. And our absolute favorite condo is Tropic Isles 602! It’s beautiful, the beach view is amazing, and the customer service is the best!! And you have your own parking spot. We love staying here and definitely will again!

Clean, great beach location

Great condo, clean and perfectly located in walking distance of souvenir shops and seafood dinning. The ice cream shop named Scoops is our favorite place to visit for sweets.

Beautiful view, nice furniture on balcony, all appliances work good. Could use more cooking supplies.

Our stay was excellent in every way, couldn't have been better. All the instructions in advance made us feel comfortable before arriving. The place was very clean, orderly and furniture and bed were comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment of walking in. The view was fantastic, setting out in the tall chairs (nice) on the balcony having our morning breakfast was so relaxing as we watched the waves come in. Later walking the beach and setting in the included beach chair and umbrella was great! The elevator was quick from the 6 floor and the covered parking was very nice. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you so much, we want to come back.

The condo was fantastic. Such a great location. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and liquor stores. Condo was everything our little family needed. Kids loved the bunk beds. It coming with umbrella service on beach each day was a great addition. Thanks for the great time.

This condo is in the perfect location and has all the amenities you need within the condo itself, walking distance to various restaurants/shops. The Pool was a perfect size for the amount of units in the facility. The Beach chair rentals were absolutely perfect. Everything you need to cook meals, make a coffee, and just relax is provided in the unit. Elevator wait times were non-existent. Our Favorite Restaurants/Ice Cream that are easily walkable (Burro Azul, Cherry on Top, De Sotos) The bed was comfortable and the view was absolutely perfect. If we are in the area, we will not hesitate to book again.

We’ve stayed in this complex once before and this unit was so much cleaner and had all the little things we needed. We definitely will be coming back! Great location. We came down for my son’s baseball tournament so our time at the beach was limited but when we finished our days with baseball the access down to the beach was easy and perfect. Thanks again!

My family and I recently stayed at Tropic Isles and had a wonderful experience. Immediately upon entering the condo, you can see the beautiful view of the beach. Rebekah, our host, was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay, ensuring that all our needs were met and even reminding us of check-out requirements. She has thought of everything for your stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated; when you walk in, the temperature is cool, and it smells wonderful. It’s stocked with plenty of towels and a few extra toiletries in case you forget something. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need to cook. It truly made our stay that much more relaxing. There is a list of activities and places to eat should you need those. I am 100% planning on booking again with McGee Rentals.
