Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were greeted by the overwhelming smell of rotting garbage upon entering the property. The trash cans were empty, and we could not identify the source but the smell lingered. We ended up purchasing and using an entire can of febreeze to make it tolerable. The location and the view were great, but as others mentioned the lack of any real furniture on the balcony was a huge disappointment. The main bed was uncomfortable but tolerable and the furniture overall was dirty and somewhat tired. The kitchen was well-stocked. The Keurig was a huge plus but the refrigerator also had a smell and the doors were rusted. We received a parking/tow warning on our vehicle despite the parking tag CLEARLY visible on the dash/windshield. Communication from the management company was poor, initial message went unanswered and not being able to contact anyone after hours when problems would arise was a huge downside. The unit has great potential but due to the aforementioned issues we will not be staying here again.

Everything was clean and worked well. Some patio furniture was missing since last stay. Only one lounge chair and one sitting chair. Other than that all was great!

We love the property and had a great time! However we were hoping for more patio furniture. There were only 2 chairs and one was broken. We also had some issues with the TVs needing to be restarted multiple times. The shower head in the master bathroom is positioned at an awkward level that causes you to be sprayed directly in the face. It would be helpful if the twin bedroom had a curtain on the window.

Great place for our family to enjoy sherbet colored sunrises and bright sunsets. The deck could use a couple more chairs. Or a dining table so we could eat outside. We loved having the beach outside the door and the pool was enjoyed by the kids.

This is our first stay at any unit in Tropic Isles and it won't be our last. Our teenager enjoyed being so close to all

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were three ladies over 65 who just needed and wanted a girls' getaway from a lot of things, and the beach is always the answer. Our condo in Gulf Shores was perfect! Clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen (although we did have to buy a cork screw to open wine), plenty of towels, sparkling bathrooms and comfy beds. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and being on the corner offered us a panoramic scene. The TV had a dish so we were able to see anything we wanted. The pool was crystal clear and so refreshing after a hot day on the beach. We can't wait to go back next year!

The hall bathtub was poorly patched and should be replaced for what we paid to rent it.

Room was nice and the balcony was excellent. Nice furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Beds were hard, but not terrible. Pool was small. The beach was excellent.

Our family stayed for 4 nights, we have 4 kids and my wife and I and have been vacationing to the area for 10 years and this was by far our best experience. The property was clean and well kept. Very spacious and right on the beach. We loved it. Not a single complaint.

Nice comfy furniture and decor. They provided several board games and activities. TV was nice and big to watch college world series. Pool was never crowded. Carts readily available for check in/out. Walk to the beach was really nice. Lots of space to set up on the beach. Would definitely recommend!
