Fantastic condo! We loved the 3BR/3BA layout. And sound didn't travel much between the rooms and floors - a nice surprise! The building spa and pool were wonderful!

Besides the day we had an issue with the AC it was an amazing stay and would definitely stay again everyone had a great time.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront condo in Panama City! The location couldn't be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset each evening was a dream.The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool even during the hottest afternoons.The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with easy parking and great amenities like a pool and fitness center. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. You can really tell they care about making guests feel welcome.If you're looking for a family vacation, this place has it all. We’re already planning our next trip back—highly recommend!We stayed here in the middle of July 2025 and we have already booked for 2026.

Plenty of room, beautiful view, very clean, COMFY BEDS!! super easy access to the beach, nice pool, bell carts available to help with all our luggage/stuff, spacious balcony overlooking the beach. We loved this property!

From booking to checking out, everything was easy and the customer service is excellent! The beach attendant Mark, was also amazing.The unit has modern decor. A nice touch were the abundance of kitchen wares.

This unit was perfect for our needs though I must admit we travelled up 30A for restaurants and shopping. Would stay again as we enjoyed the beach, access to the beach and the beauty of the view but the places to eat were less than what we would have liked.

The condo was perfect for our stay. There were plenty of towels, dishes tableware etc. Big enough that everyone had their space. The pool was clean. The beach service was excellent. Will definitely be going back

We came to PCB for my grandson's football tournament. I was travelling with my daughter and her 5 kids ages 2, 5, 11, 12, and 14. The property was exactly as advertised and convenient to everything we needed to go to. I did have to call the service manager because our balcony lights were out and they took care of it the very next day. We were driving a big suburban and it was a tight fit in the parking garage but firtunately it was off season and not. Rowded so we were ok, but plan on parking across the street if you drive a big vehicle The beach was great, lots of shells for the kids to find. Double red flags the first day, down to yellow within 2 days. We will definitely stay here again if we come to PCB again

The property is stunning and very clean. The view is breathtaking. The shower head in the main bedroom needs some work and the twin beds while comfy are noisy when you roll over. Our family has decided we want to make this an annual event and look forward to our next girls’ trip to PCB at the Palazzo. Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed the view from this corner unit. Everything was clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for my family considering we made most of our meals there.

We go to the beach every year and this is by far our favorite condo we have ever stayed in. The views are incredible. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The property is keep very nice as well. We loved it there.

By far the best PCB condo we have ever rented. The views alone were worth every penny we spent to stay there. Crystal, with Liv Vacations, was the absolute best host we have ever encountered. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Can’t wait to come back!
