Check-in: After 4 PM with self check-in at the front desk

★ REGISTRATION FEES:

A one-time fee of $50 per guest or family member is required, payable at the building front desk upon check-in. Spouses and minor children are considered a single guest.



★ BEDROOM:

Relax in a serene bedroom featuring a King bed, ample closet space, and a Smart TV.



★ LIVING ROOM:

A stylish and comfortable space with a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, a dining table for 4, and a Smart TV.

Fully-equipped for your culinary needs, complete with a coffee machine and various cookware.



★ AMENITIES:

★ PARKING:

Includes covered garage parking with a clearance of 6’8. EV charging is available.



★ PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please check with us for weight and size restrictions.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Packages can be held at the front desk, provided no mailbox key is required. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.



★ EXTRAS:

Concierge services available for booking boats, chefs, massages, and more. These services are provided by local third parties and are not affiliated with the property owner. We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.



★ PROVISIONS:

We provide essentials like WiFi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib, toiletries, linens, and towels. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.



★ SAFETY:

We adhere to CDC cleaning standards, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras are installed for security.



★ OBSERVATIONS:

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise level post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

    This condo is in an amazing location, and having parking in the building is incredibly convenient. We had an issue with an odor and was able to get moved to another condo. The one frustrating negative was the check-in process. The front desk staff said we weren't in the system, and it took some time to get that rectified--while we had to just wait in the lobby. And there are multiple card keys for access (building, condo, garage) which is a little cumbersome. When we switched condos, they immediately cut off access from one set of cards which caused problems using the elevators to get our stuff from one floor to another. And, likewise, the cleaning staff was there immediately before we were even able to get our stuff moved from one condo to the other--and they were pestering us to move our car from the assigned spot so they could park there. Finally, the recycling situation could be clearer/easier as well. This probably seems like a lot of complaining but we would stay there again. Just be aware of these potential issues--and hopefully the condo and/or host can smooth things out for future visitors! Again, nice condos in an amazing location. There are many shops, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.
