• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles between the garage and street. The garage entrance is on the side of the building. You’ll use a provided code for garage and building entry. Street parking is first-come, first-served where available.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management. If it’s unavailable for any reason, stairs will be required.

• Communal amenities: The fitness center is available to Illume guests. The outdoor pool is open seasonally; availability is managed by the building and may vary.

• Entry: You will receive an access code for the garage and building prior to arrival.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

    The place was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of space for all to get ready and for us to make meals and have some space to relax and hang out.Check in: We arrived after 6pm and our room was not ready as the cleaning crew was still in there. Check in was to be at 4:00 pm so good thing we arrived later or I’m not sure what we would have done.The facility was in a great location where we could walk to a lot of places and was only 30 minute walk to Broadway.Was a little disappointed that the chairs on our balcony were broken and we couldn’t sit out there.The pool was nice, a few chairs were broken out there too.Overall, we would stay here again.

    Absolutely worst VRBO experience I have ever had. First night found a bed bug and had to stay in the condo because we had no where else to go. The management team said they had no other options for us. Next morning they still had no other options for us, they told us we had to stick it out another day before the bed bugs got treated. So I was forced to find a new VRBO and check out. It was very stressful and the worst experience, I’ll never stay there again and I was very disappointed how the management team handled it. I didn’t even get a phone call with an apology or suitable solution. It really put me and my family in a tough situation trying to find another place for 4 days and there was 6 of us!

    Decent property. It was quiet with great proximity to everything. Check in/out was super easy with clear instructions. Multiple beds so kids having their own space was a plus. Mattresses were thin with metal dorm style frames but comfortable enough. Only major issue was oven/stove seemed to have a short and wouldn't stay on making it difficult to cook for family. Issue reported but not fixed during stay. Overall, place attended to our needs in a no frills fashion. We enjoyed the amenities (pool), parking, location, and space. Could be 5 stars if upgraded to better towels (very thin/linty), mopped floors, fix broken chairs on porch, and fix stove/oven.

    Excellent property and safe neighborhood. The arrival was easy and the accommodation was clean. The luggage carts left a little to be desired, but overall they worked. There were two chairs on the balcony, but they were unusable as the seating fabric was dry rotted and disintegrating. The first night of a three night stay, the smoke detectors started chirping . I waited until the morning and contacted the property manager and was told they would send someone by. That night as we were winding down our day, the smoke detectors started chirping again. I texted the management at 9:15 to let them know that no one had showed up during the day and not the detectors were chirping again. The service man did show up at 11:00 PM. Not really the service we expected for what we had paid.

    Our stay was fantastic.The location was perfect. You can enjoy the walking distance to downtown while in a quiet neighborhood area.The apartment is perfect. Clean and well-stocked kitchen.The costumer service was always available to answer our questions.

    When we arrived the garage code did not work we quickly learned if you just hit 00000 that will get you in....I also contacted the property upon our arrival because there was an alarm going off...they requested access to the property which i immediately agreed to since we only would be in the room to sleep and shower so mostly overnight....we stayed 4 days upon checkout the alarm was still going off with no visit or attempt to fix from property manager.

    Kitchen could use some updated pots/pans. Recommend a new carpet in the living room. Also had difficulty getting into the building because i was given incorrect codes.

    Lots within walking distance, safe neighborhood, secure parking, 10-15 min walk from Broadway. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice pool. We did have issues with the keypad not working when we first arrived but with help from customer service we got in with a spare key. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the clean but well worn unit.
